Notre deuxième appartement avec une chambre et un canapé-lit IKEA grand lit / lit queen-size est un endroit tranquille pour les séjours de détente et de détente. Venez profiter de l’entrée privée récemment rénovée de notre ferme familiale. Détendez-vous dehors sur la petite terrasse, faites de la randonnée et explorez notre ferme de 24 hectares, ou blottissez-vous sur le canapé et passez une nuit paisible dans notre appartement à la ferme. Accès facile à Cleveland, Akron et Amish Country. Nous sommes toujours disponibles pour rendre votre séjour agréable.

Nous sommes au cœur du comté de Geauga avec tant de parcs et d’activités tout au long de l’année à visiter et à explorer. Nous vous aiderons à organiser et profiter de toute activité, dîner ou expérience à proximité.

Cet appartement a son propre parking, chemin de promenade et monte à une petite terrasse. Il y a une serrure d'entrée sans clé sur la porte pour plus de commodité. Vous avez tout le deuxième étage de notre ferme rénovée. Vous avez une cuisine efficace, un bar à petit-déjeuner ouvert sur le salon. Dans le salon, il y a un bureau intégré, une grande télévision avec DirecTV et un placard supplémentaire. La salle de bain a une baignoire / douche complète, toilette et lavabo avec rangement. La chambre a un lit queen, un bureau intégré et un grand placard et une commode. Internet Wifi dans tout l'espace.

Nous vivons juste en bas de l'allée et sommes ici pour interagir si nécessaire. Notre ami habite au-dessous de l'appartement au premier niveau de la ferme et peut vous aider aussi.

Calme, sûr et serein. C'est un endroit merveilleux pour vivre et élever une famille.

Se déplacer
Uber et Lyft peuvent être utilisés pour se déplacer ou vous devriez avoir votre propre voiture. Nous sommes dans le pays, à 10-20 minutes en voiture de l’épicerie, bien que des magasins de proximité soient à quelques minutes. Cleveland est à 35-45 minutes à l'ouest de nous, Akron à 50 minutes au sud, Mentor à 35 minutes au nord et Youngstown à 35 minutes à l'est. State Route 44 et State Route 422 peuvent vous emmener n'importe où assez rapidement.

Excellent setup in the apartment. We had breakfast every morning before starting our day. It was very quiet and convenient to the traveling we had planned. They have horses, ducks, chickens and a sheep that had a week old baby. We enjoyed the evenings just to wind down after a busy day. The kitchen was well equipped and the 3 boys left fresh eggs for us to eat/also a zucchini loaf that was delicious We will definitely be returning again the peace and tranquility of the area is very special Thank you for sharing your home with us Joe and Janice

Arrived and was pleasantly surprised to find a loaf of homemade zucchini bread waiting for us and some delicious farm fresh eggs. The unit was so adorable and decorated to fit the beautiful surroundings. Loved being on a farm. Definitely staying there again. Oh forgot to mention the bed was so comfy!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I were in the area for a wedding. This looked like a lovely place to spend a few days and travel easily to the venue. This apartment was perfect for us. Well appointed, clean, quiet, exactly what we were looking for. Hosts have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

Great Farm Setting!

The farm was an amazing place to stay! The listing was exactly as expected and we were surprised to be welcomed with fresh pumpkin bread and farm fresh eggs! My toddlers and I took a walk around the farm in the morning and the family greeted us with welcome arms. We were introduced to all of the animals and they answered all of our questions. SO much more than we’ve experienced at any other VRBO. 100% recommend and we hope to come back some day!

Little bit of heaven

It was fabulous. Not only was everything clean and orderly, the hostess, Molly and husband, we're super. They made it so nice. Even bringing fresh zucchini bread and fresh eggs up to use. Beds were great, slept like a baby. Nice porch to drink morning coffee and look over beautiful scenery. Well priced.

Awesome!!!

My wife and I stayed at Molly's place and absolutely LOVED it. From the cleanliness, to the location, to the responsiveness of Molly, everything was AMAZING! We were even able to go and visit the horses Molly has on her farm.It is an upstairs apartment and it is so cute and well maintained, not to mention well stocked with games, books and whatever else you may want. The location is also great. Close to Newburry, but you feel like you are way out in the country. We highly recommend booking this awesome place if you are in the Newberry/Burton area.

Beautiful country stay

My partner and I stayed overnight in the little 2nd story apartment on the farm, and it was a lovely experience. Molly is a very good host, communicative and helpful, and her sons gave us a great tour of the barn and pasture. They seem like really good kids, polite and respectful and funny! They currently have horses, goats, chickens, ducks, and pigs, which I loved seeing. You will feel very welcome and comfortable there, and the remote location is a relaxing escape from city life. I highly recommend staying on their beautiful property!

Home away from home

We live locally but had to relocate briefly while some work was done on our home. This property is perfectly equipped whether you want to stay in and cook and enjoy homey amenities or use it as a launching pad for local attractions. Perfectly set up! If you're lucky, the chickens and ducks will be on parade in the morning when you get up.

The property was so homey and comfy. It was lovely. The owner left a homemade zucchini loaf for us which was an extra sweet welcome. We enjoyed our stay very much and Chagrin Falls is a lovely town to visit. The River Grill overlooking the falls was a great spot to enjoy lunch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Quiet, warm, and cozy apartment!

This cute and comfortable apartment was perfect for our trip to visit family. The three of us fit comfortably in big warm beds -- which was essential in the bomb cyclone! It was a great place to be snowed/colded in and we were still able to visit with family once the storm passed, thanks to the owners taking good care of the stairs and providing shovels, sleds, and salt. They were very kind and we plan to visit again! It was super convenient to get to Burton, Chagrin Falls, Mantua, and Chardon (10-15 mins). And thanks for the homemade bread!

Peaceful, quiet nights!

We loved this place! Hearing the peep frogs at night (and nothing else!), watching the animals on the farm, fresh-baked bread and coffee for breakfast, having a hen join me on the deck ..... what more can you ask for? The only problem might be that the slanted ceilings on this second floor make it difficult for taller people to get around the beds, etc. Watch your head and, otherwise, enjoy!

Enchanting

It was absolutely wonderful spot. Just what my daughter and i needed. Fyi my daughter and i did take our shoes off! There were two others that kept forgetting too 😔 the owners of the property make you feel right at home. The place is packed with everything you may possibly need. My daughter and i were able to walk down and see the horse and donkey they have on the property and just as Miss Molly said, they came straight to us for some love 😊 and again, i am so sorry that i forgot to let ya'll know we left so early on check out morning. I should have messaged you the night before. It was an emotional fast passed weekend due to the loss of our father but thanks to Molly and family we felt some peace n quiet in between.

Enjoyed the cozy quiet farmhouse

We were very pleased with the amenities and hominess of the place. It would have been great for a much longer stay if we had needed to cook and wash clothes, etc.

Peaceful getaway at a hidden gem

Everything was exactly as it said in the listing. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. The farm is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The people are so genuine and welcoming. We went there mostly to go to Erie Beach and ended up mainly staying at the farm because we loved it so much. Very family friendly. Got to interact with the farm animals too. We will definitely be going back as often as we can. Wonderful experience and well worth the money.

Perfect country getaway

If you want to have a relaxing quiet experience in the country this is the place to go! Cute little apartment... while it is small it is very roomy ..very well equipped with everything that you would need to make some fun meals. Lots of beautiful tall trees around the property .. farm animals to enjoy. The he hosts are very friendly and accommodating, would definitely come here again and again. Thank you Molly and Family!

Country Retreat

We had to be out of our home for a few days while some remodeling was being done. We were so lucky to find this darling apartment in an old farm house on a farm not far from our home. It was recently remodeled and such a quaint, comfy place to relax. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. The spring scenery and the farm animals were so pleasant to watch and the 78 acres were available to explore. We had a wonderful stay at this country retreat.

Amazing Place and even better Hosts!

Perfect place for my wife baby and myself. We wanted a quiet place in NE Ohio and we got so much more. We took our young daughter on walks on this beautiful piece of property. My daughter loved talking with the horses and chickens everyday . We enjoyed evenings on our private deck where we were able to see every star. Molly and Dave were there when we needed them and also gave us our space. Molly and Dave are two of the nicest people you can meet. To watch them work everyday on the farm was also impressive. My family was blessed to find this property and we highly recommend this property to anyone. Enjoy!

Spectacular Setting!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the farm and recommend it for a quiet, relaxing, peaceful getaway. Our favorite times were sitting out on the deck taking in the beauty of the scenery and life on the farm. Everything was comfortable and clean with some lovely amenities. The location is an easy drive to downtown Chagrin Falls for great food and boutique shops. We enjoyed playing golf at nearby Punderson State Park and hiking at West Woods. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’re looking forward to next time!

Family visit

Very nice for a visit to family in the area. I loved the decor! Beautiful lush property. However, next time I would pack differently. The unpaved drive, stepping stone walk, and steep steps were very authentic to a farm visit 😄 but not conducive to my heavy rolling suitcase 🤣. Molly made it very easy to get in touch! We love to travel all over the world. Not only do we like to experience new places, but we love to share our own. We have a farm that has been in our family for the last 43 years. We have continually loved and cared for the property throughout this time. My husband, 3 lovely sons, Mom and I live on this 78 acre farm and explore the world as often as possible. We have horses, cats, dogs and chickens all around. Our farm has 2 ponds, woods and lots to explore.
