The pictures don’t do justice to this gorgeous, spacious, wonderfully situated studio apartment. I stayed there for two nights during a hectic week-end and it was absolutely the perfect haven to return to every day. I could happily spend a week there. The only downside: the apartment gave me kitchen envy!!!

Chagrin Falls is a gem of a small town. This property is close to everything. Rachel is thorough, and quick to get back to you. The decor is wonderful. The bed is comfortable. It’s quiet. There’s a picture in the listing showing the steps up to the apartment. Be aware they are steep and the rise of each step is high. There’s a very sturdy railing to hold on to. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect location! Perfect accommodations! Steps from the beautiful downtown waterfalls, historic shops, and restaurants! Safe, quiet, and all of the amenities, including a chef’s kitchen, washer and dryer, and beautiful brick walls and hardwood floors make this the must stay location when visiting Chagrin Falls!

Perfect Place to stay!

Location is excellent to enjoy all Chagrin Falls has to offer! The interior is beautiful and welcoming. Great view of Riverside Park and Falls! So nice to have a place for friends to stay nearby!! Friendly and helpful owners, I just can’t say enough great things about this place!❤️

Literally next to coffee, ice cream and popcorn…who could want more? Perfectly located in the heart of Chagrin Falls, but also included a private, quiet retreat in the beautifully renovated historic building right on the Falls! Great Studio in the middle of Town

This was my second time staying here. I love the location. It is a huge studio with a murphy bed and a pullout couch. I haven't used the kitchen, but it is gorgeous! Lots of modern appliances. Plenty of room to relax and very quiet.

Cool Loft!

Very cool industrial-style loft. Huge, well-designed kitchen and living room spaces. Great location for walking to shops/restaurants/entertainment in Chagrin Falls (you can see the falls from the living room). The space itself is probably most ideal for a couple, which fit our needs perfectly.

Chagrin Falls Getaway

We spent two days in this lovely town and the apartment was great. Conveniently located in the classic downtown area, within walking distance to dining, the falls, and wonderful neighborhoods, the apartment was truly a gem with great furnishings, upscale appliances, unique decor and an awesome shower.
