Perfect location! Perfect accommodations! Steps from the beautiful downtown waterfalls, historic shops, and restaurants! Literally next to coffee, ice cream and popcorn…who could want more? Perfectly located in the heart of Chagrin Falls, but also included a private, quiet retreat in the beautifully renovated historic building right on the Falls! Great Studio in the middle of Town

This was my second time staying here. I love the location. It is a huge studio with a murphy bed and a pullout couch. I haven't used the kitchen, but it is gorgeous! Lots of modern appliances. Plenty of room to relax and very quiet.

Cool Loft!

Very cool industrial-style loft. Huge, well-designed kitchen and living room spaces. Great location for walking to shops/restaurants/entertainment in Chagrin Falls (you can see the falls from the living room). The space itself is probably most ideal for a couple, which fit our needs perfectly.

We spent two days in this lovely town and the apartment was great. Conveniently located in the classic downtown area, within walking distance to dining, the falls, and wonderful neighborhoods, the apartment was truly a gem with great furnishings, upscale appliances, unique decor and an awesome shower.
