The Space:

Step into Dunecrest, a 4,200 square feet oceanfront residence offering six bedrooms, five and a half baths, and sweeping 360° views of the Atlantic Ocean and Great South Bay. This three-story home features an open-concept main floor with a gourmet kitchen equipped with Wolf and Subzero appliances, granite countertops, and an 8-foot center island, ideal for elegant coastal living.



The home includes two ocean-facing king en-suites, multiple queen bedrooms, and expansive indoor and outdoor living areas. The larger of the king en-suites includes access to a Trex deck with breathtaking Atlantic ocean views. The upper-level lounge with 10-ft ceilings and a 60-inch TV provides additional space for relaxation.



Outdoors, guests enjoy a heated gunite pool, Weber grill, private pier with direct beach access, and wraparound Trex decking with seating for large groups. A large outdoor shower, and landscaped grounds complete this exceptional retreat. Located in the exclusive dunes, this beautiful home offers rare direct access to both the beach and bay, combining refined comfort with the best of waterfront living.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property.



Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Security deposit



A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
