Enjoy coffee on the screened-in porch, unwind in the hot tub, or head down to the private double-decker boat dock for a swim or sunset paddle in our kayaks or paddleboard. With two kitchens, multiple gathering spaces, and outdoor fun for all ages, this is lake life at its best.

- Oversized driveway and RV/carport parking for maximum of 10 vehicles

This home includes everything you need for an easy, comfortable stay:

- Two full kitchens and a coffee bar

- Smart TVs, games, and books throughout

- Washer and Dryer on both levels

- Keyless entry and high-speed Wi-Fi

- Fresh linens, towels, hair dryers, and essentials provided



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the home, fire pit, hot tub, in-ground pool, dock, boat house, boat ramp (keycard for access is in the home; $150 replacement fee if lost), driveway, garage, and all indoor and outdoor spaces.

A pontoon boat is available to rent and can be delivered the dock—no trailering or pickup needed. Just coordinate with our trusted partner, DV Rentals LKA.

**Additional Information**

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- 12 Adults Maximum (16 Max Guests)

- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for 10 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking

- No Pets

-Guests do not have access to the boat lift at the dock



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $45 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
