Guest home in Perfect West Sedona location! 580 sq ft of quiet serenity. Close to hiking, restaurants, spas, stores+ away from traffic!

Light, airy, clean, and inviting. We anticipated your every need. New: Queen Serta mattress, Wifi, DVD, Smart TV/NO Cable, Wash/Dryer, stocked kitchen (2 ceramic hot plates and toaster oven). Bedroom is not separate. Due to allergies, we are unable to host any animals. No smoking. 2 adults or 2 adults/1 kid. Queen sofa bd. Walk to 360° view of Red Rocks.
The space
This is a stand alone guest home with no common walls to our primary home -- very private and quiet. We offer down pillows and a down duvet for the queen bed and a 2" foam cushion for sofa bed. We have included many amenities for cooking as well including three cuisinart cast-iron burners, frying pans, pots and pans. Please let us know if you need the crib n'play and we'll have it available for you during your stay.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire guest home and a small patio with two chairs outside of the front door - a great place for drinking your morning coffee!
Other things to note
We do not have cable service for the television -- but we do offer smart TV options for you to access NetFlix and other internet channels.
