We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the missing pool table and the lack of WiFi during your stay. We understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, the owner decided to remove the pool table, and we failed to update our website to reflect this change before your stay. We are genuinely sorry for this oversight. Regarding the WiFi, we understand that it was a significant inconvenience for you and your family. While we do apologize for the lack of WiFi, please note that our cabin is not advertised as having WiFi on our website. We'll make sure to address these concerns with the owner to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you'll give us another chance in the future.
