Condo is on second floor in a two story building, which makes for the best views! Condo is apart of an HOA. HOA requires a minimum stay of one month or more and HOA approval of guest is required. Approval typically takes seven business days so please book accordingly allowing time for approval. Reservation cannot be confirmed until HOA application is submitted, paid for and approval is obtained. HOA has a no pet policy. Condo is a non-smoking unit. Condo has hurricane impact proof windows and doors. Beautiful Pool can be seen from the front balcony and living room. Just walk down your front steps and you are at the pool.
