Indy luxe stay offers accommodations in Indianapolis, close to Lucas oil stadium

Thank you for your review. Our response is being posted to correct several statements that are factually false and misrepresent the property and our hosting standards. This guest, Mr joe McCaul, became rude and combative only after demanding monetary reimbursement that was not justified and therefore was not issued. Once denied payment, he intentionally began searching for problems that did not exist, despite being accommodated immediately and provided with everything requested throughout their stay. To address the claims: 1. Electronic lock failure — FALSE. The smart lock never malfunctioned. The guest entered the access code incorrectly and ignored operating instructions. We sent a staff member the next day to personally demonstrate usage, which the guest then completed successfully. The lock remains fully operational for all guests before and after this booking. 2. Animals under the house / raccoon in HVAC — FALSE. Two professional inspections were completed. No animals, no duct damage, no entry points, and no signs of rodent or wildlife presence were found anywhere on or under the property. This claim was fabricated. 3. Outdoor Temperature / Frozen Beverages: Weather conditions are outside the control of the host. The refrigerator mentioned is fully functional and located in an enclosed room, not exposed to outdoor elements. The guest stored beverages improperly in freezing conditions and is attempting to assign responsibility to the property rather than their own handling. 4. Bathroom door locking itself / missing electric toothbrush — FALSE. The bathroom door did not “lock itself.” The guest manually activated the privacy lock without understanding its function, again requiring staff intervention. Additionally, the home was inspected at checkout and no electric toothbrush was left behind. The item was never present. 5. Plumbing and shower lines reversed — FALSE. Water pressure was tested and confirmed normal. Both bathroom plumbing systems are correctly installed and not reversed in any way. The guest even admits they eventually figured it out, further confirming there was no malfunction. This home has hosted families, business travelers, and repeat guests with zero safety incidents, zero pest issues, and consistently excellent ratings. This review does not reflect the reality of the stay, the condition of the property, or the service provided. We take pride in providing clean, secure, well-maintained accommodations. Unfortunately, this guest chose retaliation over honesty when they were not granted money they were not entitled to.
