The Space:

Drawing inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright, this custom-built dream Mid-Century Modern home by notable architect David Lloyd Kenyon, is truly a masterpiece to behold! Located on a one-acre cul-de-sac lot in McDowell Shadow Estates, one of Scottsdale's most coveted neighborhoods, this truly unique home features an open floor plan that consists of an enormous, entertainers kitchen with high-end appliances, a breakfast bar, a formal 10-seated dining room, and a sprawling living area with a wet bar and a 70' smart TV. Climb the dramatic, cantilevered staircase and find yourself in a second-floor wrap-a-round lounge that offers views of the backyard and the McDowell Mountains.



This is a custom-built masterpiece featuring classic, modern architectural influences: straight lines and simple geometric shapes that yield to overhanging eaves and clerestory windows, and vaulted roof arches in the back. Our home is intentionally designed for exceptional guest experience, luxurious comfort and unforgettable memories.



Outside, step into a spectacular oasis with a gorgeous, heated private pool and spa, outdoor shower, covered pergola, and pomegranate and grapefruit trees from one end of the yard to the other. For sleeping arrangements, this vacation rental includes four ensuite bedrooms, all of which are furnished with plush king beds. Masterpiece is meticulously designed for entertaining families and friends and is the ideal destination for privacy and relaxation.



A gourmet kitchen awaits, complete with a Keurig, Nespresso machine, and a coffee maker with grinder so you can enjoy barista-quality brews throughout your stay.
