Welcome to your relaxing retreat on the peaceful shores of Fine Lake in Johnstown Township, Michigan! This charming 3-bedroom cottage is ideal for families and small groups looking to enjoy lake life, local adventures, and cozy comforts. Whether you're roasting s'mores, catching fish off the dock, or enjoying a sunset dinner on the deck, this cottage is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality time.

The Space
Tucked away on a peaceful stretch of Fine Lake, our cozy lakeside cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature.

Inside you'll find:
-3 inviting bedrooms: 2 rooms with queen beds, 1 with double bunk beds.
- A cozy living room with beautiful lake views and a collection of board games
- A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home
- A spacious deck with outdoor dining space and a charcoal grill
- A private dock for swimming, fishing, or docking your own boat
- A fire pit for stargazing and roasting marshmallows

Lake Life on Fine Lake
This spring-fed, all-sports lake is known for its clean, clear water- perfect for:
-swimming right off of the dock
-fishing for bass, bluegill, and perch
-boating (bring your own-dock space included!)
- kayaking and paddle boarding with gear provided- includes kayaks, paddle boards, and life jackets for most ages and sizes.

Local Attractions
Just a short drive to some of Southwest Michigan's best spots:
- Gilmore Car Museum - a must-see for auto enthusiasts of all ages
-Binder Park Zoo - great for a fun family day
-Gull Lake View Golf Resort- six championship courses.

Everything went just fine and they were very receptive and helpful. The home is super cute and newly updated. The beds were comfy and the bathroom had plenty of towels for our use.

Lovely lake cottage

Great place to stay - cottage was cozy, spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. Host was easy to communicate with about check-in and a few other q’s we had during our stay. Boat launch was just down the road and we were able to dock our boat across the street the whole week. Lovely lake to boat and swim in.

What a fine lake!

The Cottage was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The kayaks, paddle boards and corn-hole set were a bonus and we swam every day. The close proximity to the Gull Lake golf courses was a win for our foursome. Thank you, Zach, for making our stay seamless!

Absolutely am amazing week.

The house was great. So cute and comfy. We had 7 family members and we made it all work. Zach the host was great and answered anything that we needed. I look forward to going back next year.

Beautiful cabin, very quick communicative host, and very clean. I once had a question late in the evening and received a response within a couple minutes. The water view is beautiful, and a great place to see the stars at night by the campfire

We had a fantastic girls’ weekend on Fine Lake. The property was super clean and well-appointed. We had a great time floating in the lake and using the paddle boards. Zach was an excellent host and super responsive. His recommendation for a pizza spot for our first night was great. And bonus, you can get it delivered on Grubhub. Definitely recommend for a weekend a family or a group.

Very nice spot on the lake

The place was very clean and the location was very nice. Kids weren't fans of swimming in the lake just due to lots of seaweed. We didnt have a boat but that woulda definitely made it a funner time. There was fort custer recreation area about 15 minutes away that has a lovely free sandy beach that we enjoyed. Nice upstairs loft was perfect for my son and his 3 teenager buddies. Good fishing in the lake. Would recommend as we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay with the fully stocked house and all the amenities! Zach was a great host and very quick at communicating, as well as willing to assist when needed. We did recommend stairs to get to the kayaks & paddle boards, as it was slippery due to all the seaweed. A boat would have made the visit much better for fishing, as not a lot of good catches along the shoreline. We also lost our last full day of being in the water due to the lake spraying chemicals, but not the host’ fault. We would definitely come back to stay. Thanks again!
