NEW Charming 3-bedroom cottage with Sandy Beach and Great Views
The Lang Lakehouse in Delton is waiting for you! This cozy 3-bedroom cottage offers a sandy beach with fun in the sun required!
Sleeping 5 to 8 inside, you'll find 3 bedrooms, one master with a memory foam queen bed, a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed for family, friends/kiddos, a versatile futon in the sunroom for privacy for one, and a queen new pull-out couch in the living room. The sunroom has great views when you pull up the shades, but also has many fun board games as well as a TV with throwback vintage Nintendo systems for a rainy day!
The bathroom features a stand-up shower and a convenient washer/dryer combo.
In the living room, there's the mentioned queen pull out coach, with cute swivel green chairs for being part of the convo or spinning around for a view of the water. There is a TV over the fireplace with AppleTV and an Apple Homepod for streaming your favorite music with room filling sound. There is also a Nintendo Switch TV dock connected for your kiddos to log in when they need a break from the sun.
There is a full size table for dinner and/or card games and cocktails.
The kitchen features a smaller table for two with comfy seats, a coffee bar with new appliances toaster & microwave.
Outside is where you'll be! Toes in the sand or laying out in the sun. Swimming and fishing off the dock. Canoeing to explore the lake (great boat rentals near by with public access if desired!). There are outdoor games like corn hole, badminton and more. Plenty of room to run around in the grass or relax on the zero-grade patio while you have a picnic or grill out.
With AC, WIFI, and a full size fridge with a little gift inside to get your stay started off on the right foot, you have all the essentials for a relaxing summer vacation on the lake. Less than an hour from GR, sun set view, on the water directly, private and safe. We were also looking for somewhere as close to zero grade as possible so our nephew in a wheelchair could come enjoy too
