Cette maison offre une atmosphère calme et paisible à quelques mètres du bord de l'eau. Mill Lake est un lac privé de 88 acres offrant tous les sports, la pêche, la navigation de plaisance et la baignade. Pendant l'été, profitez d'une promenade tranquille autour du lac dans le bateau à aubes, le bateau à rames ou apportez votre propre bateau et profitez de la rampe de mise à l'eau sur la propriété adjacente. Pendant les mois d'hiver, profitez de la pêche sur glace et d'autres sports d'hiver, puis réchauffez-vous à l'intérieur près du foyer électrique. Passez la journée sur l'eau ou prenez 15 minutes en voiture jusqu'à Battle Creek ou Hastings pour des activités sans fin telles que le golf, le shopping, les jeux de hasard et les musées. Very clean inside and out! Maintenance on property grounds was immaculate! Has newer appliances all in great shape. Had small problem with a GFI circuit but host was able to help via text. Had problem resolved in less than 5 mins. Friendly neighbors made our stay even better. Many different birds were seen daily, very entertaining. It was a pleasure to stay there for the week!

This place was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Waking up to the sunrise over the water and ending the day with the sunset was just amazing. One of my favorite parts was eating breakfast while watching the swans! This was such a peaceful, special experience. We also had so much fun using the paddle boat and the rowboat, which made it even more memorable. I really loved the photo album they had showing the history of the house and all the work they’ve put into it over the years. It added such a personal touch. It’s also in a great location, super close to the Moville ice cream shop, which was a fun bonus. Overall, it was a really lovely stay and we can’t wait to come back again!

The Mill Lake Cottage was very clean and very well appointed. The owners have attended to every detail. The cottage is filled with natural light and has excellent views of the water. We had a great get-away and will be back!

Great Stay

Had a great time relaxing at the cottage. Loved that we had so many amenities like kayaks, pedal boats, firepit, wood rack and fishing poles. Can't say a bad thing about our time there. Very quiet and very well taken care of.

25 years ago we bought our cottage on Mill Lake to have a quiet place to go and get away from the busy every day routines. We also wanted our children to have a place to take their friends and enjoy the great outdoors. Our time was split between relaxing and having fun. Our summer weekends were consumed with tubing, fishing, swimming, attending the Hot Air Balloon Festivals, Worlds Largest Breakfast Table along with lots of local attractions. Winter weekends were spent ice fishing, ice skating, sledding and indoor puzzles and games. Thru the years, our family has built many memories on this lake and in town at festivals. In 2012 we purchased and rebuilt the house next to ours. Now our friends and family can also enjoy the area but yet have a private place to stay.

Great location just off the main road with only a 15 minute drive into Battle Creek or Hastings for unlimited activities, shopping and festivals. It is also centrally located between Detroit and Chicago. The lake itself is large enough to have fun on but yet small enough to not be busy or overcrowded.

Being a small, private lake offers a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Located on the east side of the lake offers longer evenings and views of the sunset. The dead end road keeps the traffic to a minimal. All sports lake offers endless water activities.
