The space
This charming cottage features two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds - a daybed with a trundle.

The property also has a spacious fenced-in yard with a large deck, perfect for lounging and outdoor dining. There is parking in the driveway and on the street.

Families and couples feel comfortable and cozy while still being near the heart of downtown Pensacola. The cottage is located in a residential neighborhood yet is it walking/biking distance to all sights, sounds, and smells this vibrant town has to offer.

A code for the front door will be provided to you on the morning of check-in along with other detailed instructions.

The property includes a driveway for parking. Free street parking is also available directly in front of the property.
Other things to note
Pets under 30 lbs are allowed with prior approval - max of one. A pet fee of $150 is required. Please clean up after your pet.

This is a smoke-free home. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is not allowed within 40 feet of entrances to the home. Please refrain from throwing butts on the ground. We will ask for a $200 fee if you smoke within 40 feet of the property. If you smoke in the home there is an automatic fine of $1500.

Parties and large gatherings are not permitted on the property.

Guests booking over 28 days will need to sign a lease agreement.

There is an empty shipping container in the backyard that we inherited with the purchase of Umbrella Casita. Renovation plans are underway to add it as an additional outdoor space for our guests! Coming 2026!
