Welcome to the Duck House!



Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Pensacola, this cute historic home is the perfect spot for your next visit to the area! This beautiful bungalow is located just 1 block from Main St, only 3 blocks from Joe Patti's Seafood and just a block away from Maritime Park the home of the Blue Wahoos! Enjoy the best of Palafox Street which is only a 10 minute walk away. There are two off street parking spots available. Log into your any of your streaming services on any of the 3 smart TVs. The Duck House has all your needs covered so book your stay today!



Bring your furry pups along on your trip since it is also small dog friendly. There is a non refundable $100 pet fee for each dog. Maximum 2 dogs and all dogs must be under 30lbs. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. Any dogs on the premises must be disclosed and approved by management prior to your stay.



This home is ideal for business travelers with free high speed internet/WiFi and in home washer and dryer.

This house was perfect for our short trip. Walking to the baseball park and downtown area were a huge plus. Very clean and very comfortable beds. The fenced in backyard was a huge plus for our small dog. It sits by itself with no one immediately next door so it has a nice secluded feel. Everything we needed was provided and we would stay here again when we go through this area.

Great location for our event at the Pensacola Bay Center. The property was clean and perfect for what we needed! The neighborhood is quiet and the house almost seems secluded, even though it’s located right downtown. Will try to book again next year when we are back in town!!

Pensacola is such a great area to explore. This unit was within walking distance , less then 1 mile, to downtown and Wahoo stadium. The host is very responsive and was able to accommodate a few small things I needed.

Cozy and Sweet

My husband and I are loving this cozy and sweet little house. It is well located near downtown Pensacola and just a short drive to the beach area. The house was extremely well stocked and clean when we arrived. We are already thinking about coming back to the same place next year.

The house was in a great location and very cute, but holes in floor, pests and mold made us feel sick and we had to vacate early. The host was willing to refund our unused nights. It needs some TLC.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing the issues to our attention as they help us improve. However, we had the home professionally inspected for pests and mold immediately after your departure. Those companies found no evidence of either pests or mold in the home. When windows are left open the entire stay you can pick up moisture and smells coming off the bay. With windows open, it also allows pests to come into the home. Thank you for your understanding.

Perfect weekend get away

The Duck House was perfect for a weekend getaway! Our dogs loved the yard, we loved the convenience of walking to restaurants and the park by the bay. The home is clean and well appointed with everything you need. We will certainly book again.

Location, Location, Location

Great place, close to beautiful parks and downtown Pensacola. The beaches are a short drive away. You can walk to Wahoo Stadium, Pansacolas AA baseball team. Its a great evening or afternoon outing. If your traveling with a dog, the fenced in backyard is a real plus. We will definitely stay there again onn our next visit to Pensacola

Cute and convenient!

Nice stay with everything we needed ! Loved the proximity to downtown. We rented the VEO bikes that were parked on our block and toured around the downtown area and near the Wahoo stadium. Easy check in and communication with property manager was efficient and easy as well. Thanks Duck House!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were a things not furnished like blankets. Also a better patio table and chairs n the back yard is probably needed. Otherwise all good.

Wonderful cottage walkable to downtown

We chose the Duck House because it is one of a very few houses that is dog friendly, has a fenced yard, and is easily walkable to downtown. The host was very responsive and the property was spotless.

Absolutely wonderful!

We've been here one week after a surgery for recuperation. I'm a clean freak and pleasantly surprised how clean and tidy this house was to welcome us. Today the landscapers are out and they've spent way over an hour making the yards look lovely. So nice to stay in such a well kept home... inside and out.
