Nestled in Las Vegas, this delightful quiet studio boasts a marvelous living room with a comfy king bed. The bathroom features a refreshing shower and toiletries for your convenience. With amenities like a smart TV, washing machine, AC, heating, and free WiFi, guests will feel right at home. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Free street parking and if a vehicle is needed, it can be rented if advance notice is given.

This studio is in the center of EVERYTHING that is pretty much walking distance; Walmart, CVS, KFC, outlet shopping malls comprised of Best Buy, Burlington and Ross.
It's 5 min from the freeway on ramp, there are 3 hospitals within 5 miles.
12 min from downtown, Las Vegas
15 min from the main strip
20 min from the airport

There are also many family attractions around the area as well such as: The go cart racing track with some carnival rides and an arcade, Chuck E Cheese, batting cages, sky jump trampoline and a movie theater a few blocks away!

There will be SO MANY things to do, you'll only come back to shower and sleep.

The host was very welcoming and communicated throughout our stay. The studio was cozy and had everything we needed. We were 15 from Freemont St & 20 min from the strip which was very convenient. If we could rate 10 stars we would. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

This place was a great place to stay when your visiting Las Vegas. It has everything in the kitchen to cook with but we would have liked a small table with chairs to be able to eat at. We also would have liked a microwave. It had a toaster oven but to heat something up it does a better job. If we go back to Las Vegas we would stay here again. The host was amazing.

Getting there and then into the room was super easy, exactly as communicated. There were very few “no’s” and everything was easy to find and use. We got in late and there were no issues. Very quiet and clean. Comfortable bed and warm blankets

Very serviceable and good valued rental! We liked the quiet location quite a lot. Hosts were excellent and communicative, and although it's an attached unit from their home we had zero concerns about privacy or noise. All in all a great stay

This experience was the best experience we’ve ever encountered with Vrbo. The host is fantastic the Vrbo is so clean and welcoming. If you’re a pet owner and travel with your pups I highly recommend!

Exactly what I needed

This is a great studio with everything you need and a few extras. The place is clean , the bed is soft, and unit is well equipped with towels, soaps, utensils, etc. The owner is super nice, with constant communication and surprisingly great service. I came here for EDC weekend and this unit was the perfect place for me to sleep and get ready for the event. Highly recommend this spot for anyone on a budget. This unit plus a rental car is way cheaper than staying at the strip and it has everything you need.
