Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★★★NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS★★★
Please be advised of the following NON-NEGOTIABLE penalties for violations or loss of property. These rules are strictly enforced to maintain the integrity, safety, and proper functioning of our facility:

★Absolutely NO VAPING/SMOKING★
Violation will result in an automatic $1,000 fine.

★Loss of Garage Door Clicker★
A $500 replacement fee will be charged for each lost clicker.

★Loss of TV Remote(s)★
A $250 replacement fee per remote will apply for any missing or damaged remote controls.

★ ADDITIONAL NOTES ★
1. No additional guests not mentioned in the reservation: $50 per person per night per unaccounted guest.
2. No parties, loud noise or music. Violation = $1000 fine and guests will be removed from the property with no refund.
3. No smoking of any kind indoors
4. No glass articles in the spa or outdoor patio area
5. No children under 6 in spa. All children regardless of age in spa area must have adult supervision. Guests enter spa at their own risk. Owner and host are not responsible for any spa related accidents.
6. The owner and host are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses arising out of, or in connection with the guests’ use/ occupancy of the premises, including the pool and the spa.
