Just 10 minutes from the heart of New Braunfels, you’ll have easy access to local attractions like Schlitterbahn, the Comal River, and a variety of shops and restaurants.

Inside, the third-floor master suite offers ultimate privacy and breathtaking views, featuring a private balcony and a newly renovated bathroom with recessed Bluetooth speakers, a jacuzzi tub, and a rainfall shower. The second floor boasts a modern kitchen equipped with double ovens, a fully stocked coffee station, a craft ice maker, and panoramic lake views. The main living area and a guest room—both with high-end flat panel frame TVs—are also on this level. Step out onto the balcony for a fantastic view of the backyard, outdoor kitchen, and the sparkling lake.

The ground floor features a detached apartment, perfect for larger groups or families. It includes a guest room with a king bed, a living room with a pull-out queen, and two sets of full-over-full bunks, ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for all ages. Step outside to an expansive deck with an outdoor kitchen, grill, and cedar sauna, all overlooking the backyard and Lake McQueeney/Guadalupe River.

Please note: The Lake McQueeney dam is currently under repair, resulting in lower lake levels and no boating until September 2025. All photos are current and reflect the typical lake conditions during this period, which are ideal for kayaking with the two kayaks provided.
We love our furry friends, but in an effort to keep cleaning fees as low as possible and our allergen sensitive guests as comfy as possible, we do not allow pets at the property. Violating this house rule will result in additional cleaning charges and cancellation without refund, please let us know ahead of time if you have any questions regarding this policy.
