Came in for a cheer competition and location is great for the convention center and area was relatively clean. Ran into a problem getting the lock to work but we’re able to trouble shoot and owner made sure to make up do the trouble.

We arrived late at night and found the property easily, even got a place to park on the street. The oldest in our group was excited about the first floor bedroom. There are alot of stairs, but once you are settled they aren't a big deal. The second floor is the main living area, with kitchen, dinning, living room, and 2 balconies, plus a coffee bar to dye for. The 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor were large and very comfortable with attached bathrooms. We chose this property because it was close to the convention center, about a half mile walk. The tram line stop is just a block away and very easy to catch. We loved our stay here and if we are ever in Houston again would consider this location again.

The house is very nice and the host has nice amenities to go along. The house is a good location for the metro as well as Houston Astros stadium. It does have 3 flights of stairs, if you have little ones. The host is very responsive if you send any messages. Very good to work with!

Weekend of Family Soccer

The location was PERFECT for attendance of a Houston Dynamo game. Our family enjoyed the area, felt safe and comfortable, and the house was amazing. Loved it and enjoyed every minute.

The most amazing property!

This rental was literally perfect! It was in a great location and so close to downtown. We never felt unsafe in the area and one guest street parked and had no issues with that.The house was decorated so nice and looked exactly like the photos. There was so much space, with 3 floors plus a rooftop patio that was nice to sit out on. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more! On top of that, the host was extremely responsive — answering my messages very quickly — and seemed so sweet and made me and my guests feel so welcome. This is a new property on Vrbo, so don’t be turned away by the lack of reviews, because this is literally the best rental I’ve stayed in and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you so much for such a great stay!
