The property was just perfect, enough room, everything we needed was provided without asking. We had a beautiful welcome basket filled with fresh vegetables and fruit. Great house and property with abundant wildlife and super convenient to everything we wanted to do. The house was super clean and had a homey feel. We watched a buck eat apples from the crab apple tree in the back yard the first night we were there! The house was nicely appointed with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent it again!

Host communicated well prior and had a thoughtful welcome basket with farm fresh produce , well stocked home, coffee maker a bit outdated as well as bedsheets, towels, and mattress’s could for sure be updated and bedrooms had loud ACs . Beautiful property step back into the 1970s for sure .

Private location, close to Penn Yan and all the area has to offer. Very roomy home, large kitchen, dining area. Beds were not very comfortable and a/c units in windows are loud, but house was very clean. Big yard for the dogs to enjoy was great.

Great property located between Penn Yan and Branchport. This central location allowed us to enjoy the beauty of the Keuka Lake region.

We had a great weekend. Property was clean and receptive. Instructions were perfect and communication with host was great. One of the mattresses could use updating. Also, there is no TV. This wasn't an issue for us, but it surprised me. We would stay there again if we need extra space in the area.

An absolutely wonderful property, hosted by a very attentive and responsive owner. One room could use a blind to combat the morning sun, but other than that, a great place. We would definitely stay there again.
