The space

This oceanfront condo is set on the 6th floor and offers sweeping coastal scenery from a private balcony overlooking the water. Inside, the living area is arranged for gathering and unwinding, with large windows that keep the ocean in view. A dining space sits nearby, making meals feel connected to the shoreline beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for everyday cooking, whether you are preparing a simple breakfast or sharing dinner after a day out.



Sleeping arrangements

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the condo comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a dedicated workspace. Additional bedrooms include a second king bed, a queen bed, and a room with twin beds, offering flexibility for families or groups traveling together. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, and extra pillows and blankets are provided to support both short and extended stays.



Outdoor living and resort access

The private balcony is a natural gathering spot, offering 180-degree ocean views and space to relax with outdoor furniture. Beyond the condo, guests have resort access that includes pools, a hot tub, and shared beach access right along the shoreline. Outdoor showers, sun loungers, and open outdoor areas add to the beachfront experience.

Resort access also includes a range of shared entertainment options such as mini golf, a climbing wall, bowling alley, laser tag, skate ramp, and batting cage, along with an outdoor playground and play structures for children. Only a brief drive away from Family Kingdom Amusement Park, The Boardwalk, and Splashes Water Park. This great location is close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. It's conveniently located within 3 miles of the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, 3.5 miles from the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and only a few minutes by car to Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. You can easily reach Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many popular attractions, dining options, golf courses, and shopping venues are just a short drive from here.

Other Things to Note:

This condo is privately owned; please treat it like your own home. Access is via a coded lock, eliminating the need to check in at the front desk. You'll receive the code on your arrival day in the welcome email, allowing you to skip the long check-in lines.



Your stay provides bedding, towels, and washcloths, along with STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
