This house is so charming and clean. The host thought of everything that may be needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was close to so many things to do but yet a little oasis away from the crowds. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Really enjoyed looking out at Pikes Peak every day. This is an amazing place - shhh, we want to come back. Would only add 2 things - black out window covers in the primary; and a good size cookie sheet for baking. So minor - the rest of everything was amazing.

I rented this house with the intention of flying to Colorado and enjoying a staycation with my mother, who lives in the Springs. Unfortunately, illness kept me from making the trip. I encouraged my mother to enjoy the stay with her best friend instead, and I’m so glad I did. They absolutely loved the serenity of the home and its charming furnishings and décor and cleanliness.What they appreciated most was the thoughtful layout — having two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor made their stay especially comfortable and convenient.To top it all off, Jennifer was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to help my mother and her friend settle in, even assisting them with ordering food delivery. Her kindness and hospitality made the experience even more special .

This home was beautiful and very comfortable. The pictures depict it well, but it honestly was nicer and more spacious than I expected. The home was spotless and we enjoyed the unique, artful and tastefully done decor. There were so many extra items available in the kitchen and bath that were extras and very generous. We were impressed by the personal attention by Jennifer from messages with updates and very helpful information for visiting the area sent to us before we arrived to the personal welcome note and bottle of wine along with encouragement to call if we needed anything. The house is in a very convenient neighborhood location for visiting the area. We also appreciated not having a long list of "chores" and cleaning left for us to do before leaving like some hosts require in addition to their cleaning fee. If we are ever in Colorado Springs again, we would definitely want to stay here again and highly recommend this property. Thank you so much for your superb hospitality!

Amazing stay!! From booking to check in and beyond. The house had everything from records to coffee and comfortable couches. Each room was warmly decorated and cozy. The rooftop deck has a view of the mountains and a perfect place to relax!! Definitely book!

This home was really phenomenal and it really showed the absolute love this owner and host poured into it. She lives across the street and her own home looked similar. When she saw us pulling up, she ran out and offered us a bottle of wine and assured us if there were any problems to contact her immediately. This home is super extra clean, and beautifully decorated in a sort of BoHo very current relevant style, very comfortable with every possible looking forward to any need. If you want to bake bread, lol, there is flour and everything in the pantry. The fridge is stocked with basic stuff like ketchup, mustard and etc. The bathrooms have Q-tips (LOL) and an ENORMOUS amount of stuff you would normally use at home. The thoughtful things we appreciated were the notes all over the house. This owner really cares about making things wonderful. If you contact her she is very responsive. I plan on coming on out here again. I live in Cotopaxi, which is not far away, but I want to continue exploring Garden of the Gods. You can't beat having coffee in the morning on their morning roost on top of the house. This home is WORTH THE MONEY!Another perk is that you are within a mile of Old Colorado City and this is great place for bars and restaurants and fun shopping and local culture.

We have lived in Pleasant Valley for almost 20 years, and were lucky enough to purchase this home that is across the street from where we live! This neighborhood is one of the most sought after areas of town, and it really is quite Pleasant.

The home boasts a rooftop deck with epic view of Pikes Peak! It's quite spacious and features a full/ gourmet kitchen. I've curated my favorite art and decor from our travels and from local artists.
