Frisco! If you know, you know. And if you don't you have to come and discover this charming historic town on the shores of Lake Dillon, surrounded by the majestic Rocky Mountains.
The special condo has an inviting open floor plan with a gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, seating for all and views of the mountains.
There is a 1 Bedroom Queen Ensuite with TV.
There is a second Den Room with Sofa Bed, also attached to the Bathroom. The Den has a drape (rather than a door) for complete privacy to the hall and a door to the bathroom. In the laundry closet in the Den, there is room to hang clothes as well the option of using the dresser for clothing.
Enjoy the benefits of an elevator, parking garage for 1 (and 3 additonal space sin a large lot if needed), a special community area featuring 2 hot tubs, a dining area, grills and last but not least views that will never get old.
The condo is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood and is close to everything you will need and then some. A short drive or relaxing walk will take you to Main Street Frisco and the marina.
Whether it be summer with biking, hiking, festivals and more, or winter with ski resorts, tubing, sleigh rides and twinkle lights, Frisco will steal your heart and be the perfect place to make magical memories year after year.
