The only complaints we had was that there was no extra toilet paper in the room beyond the 2 rolls provided when checking in and the drains drain very slowly especially when showering. Both of these were manageable and we will definitely be back

My family and I really enjoyed this property mostly because the private beach access, also my children loved the fact that there were 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. The location is very nice, everything you need is in the surrounding area. The condo alone was quite nice. Clean wise it could have been a little better, there was crumbs of food in the silverware drawer container, the tubs looked a little stained that could be taken out with a magic eraser. Also was not notified of parking info in my booking check in info. It is kind of ridiculous to me that you pay for a week’s stay at a place like this and have to pay another additional parking fee, it should be included in the booking, just an opinion! But otherwise the condo was super nice, people were very friendly! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo!! Great stay for the family! My only complaint is it takes about 8 minutes to walk to the beach, the listing says 2 minutes and on my last day the door code changed at 8am and my check out was not until 10

Beautiful views, the bedrooms were great. Easy parking. We used the pools and hot tubs a lot since it was a red flag week on the beach. It is the only place with a skyway over the street and access to the beach. It was perfect.

Traveled 6/27 - 7/1/26Our condo was clean and had enough space for our family of 4. Comfy beds. The view from the balcony was beautiful, many nights were spent outside watching the ocean. Beach access was great. Location close to many bars/restaurants/activities, walkable to many of them too! Balcony doors were a little difficult to open, took some strength to pull. Plenty of bath/hand towels, extra pillows/blankets available, mini toiletries provided. The elevator situation became a bit of a pain - only 3 elevators and 1 was out of order and another was being cleaned for 1-2 days - so having only 1 working elevator caused long wait times. Upon booking, we weren’t made aware that we would have to also pay to park in the condominium lot for the duration of our stay. That was disappointing when we were already paying in the thousands for the condo itself. Additionally, it was noted that there was an ice machine available to guests. I went to the parking level to check it out, only to find out it was bags of ice available for purchase. Another additional cost. Also no vending options available at the property. Other than the few negatives, we had a fun stay!

The location and the property was very nice. I was happy with our accommodations. The bed was comfortable and everything was nice. The problem I had was was Liquid Life. I called one day prior to our check out to see if it was be possible to check out a little later than the 10am check-out because our flight the following day wasn’t until 7:30pm. Keep in mind they hd already text me seeing if I would be interested in extending my stay for another day. They agreed to allow us to stay until 12:00pm for an additional 50 charge which was fine. The following morning my husband left to go get a coffee only to find we were locked out of the unit and it was pouring rain. I called Liquid Life and was on hold then sent to a voicemail. It took three calls to get someone and then she had a hard time getting us a new code to enter the unit. After roughly 30 minutes we got back into the unit. We were sitting and enjoying our coffee and watching a little T.V. Only for the t.v. to go off and clear all of our info so we couldn’t watch any of our streaming apps. It was just very frustrating. Seems one side doesn’t communicate with the other.
