We stayed 7 nights and everything was excellent. This modern house was extremely clean, roomy and well stocked. The heated (for a fee) pool and outdoor furniture was where we spent our most time and they were terrific. Another highlight was the game room which included a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, darts and various video games. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Would certainly stay there again.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook with and with ample dishes and cups. The house was very clean. The pool is not heated. The game room was so much fun. Our family really enjoyed it. The open floor plan was great for spending time together.

Home was 80 degrees when I got there and had to have an AC guy come out twice during my stay. Not once did the temp get below 76 until the morning we left. 90% of the time it was between 78 and 80… and at one point it was 85 because the AC guy had to have the unit completely off. I reached out to the owners and they sent someone out but it didn’t help at all until the morning we left. To make matters worse, the fan in the master bedroom only worked on the lowest speed. And in one of the guest rooms you can’t use the fan at all unless the lights are on, So trying to cool down using the fan was pointless. When I initially reached out to them, I was told WE must’ve left a door open, however it was 80 when we first got there so obviously it wasn’t us. When we left, the owners and I corresponded and this time not only did they tell me again that WE must’ve left doors open (as if I hadn’t checked that 10 times), they also didn’t want to see the pics I had proving that what I was saying was the truth. They said that because the previous guests had no problems, that was enough proof that they didn’t need to see my pics. One of their last responses to me is that they understand I may have felt warm but they had no evidence to show that my claim of it being 80 in the house was valid. I ended up sending the pics to them and guess what?… haven’t heard a thing since

The check in was seamless and everything was extremely clean and organized! We loved the game room in the garage, the pool and the large kitchen. We used the boat dock for docking our boat and it worked out great. Definitely make sure you are well versed on how the tides work in this area. A great app to use is the Navionics Boating app. I have used it for many years and it maps out the perfect route for navigating water ways. Anyhow, we loved the home and the area. There is a park called Sims Park next to a historic distric that is a lot of fun for shopping, eating and reading about the history. You can also dock your boat here as well and stay for awhile. The trip is about an hour from this home but it is well worth it for a nice boat ride down the Cottee River. Thanks for a great home away from home.

Our stay at this beautiful home was wonderful! The host’ are very accommodating and thoughtful. The home was very clean, well laid out, plenty of accommodations, and very well organized, with everything being labeled for easy access.Very nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool was very inviting and relaxing! Perfect temperature the entire time! We were blessed with great weather for our entire stay! One highlight we can't forget is the master bathroom toilet. What a treat! Lit, heated bede with a remote control! It's the little things sometimes that make the biggest impression. Lol! We truly had a great stay, and can't wait to come back for our next! The host was amazing from booking all the way through to the end. Vacation ended and we were very sad. The home itself was so peaceful and quiet throughout the night. Neighborhood was safe. Home had enough of everything fon kitchen to pool toys. My only suggestion is to add a soap dispenser into the two bathrooms. It is essential bc most times ppl use the bathroom first when they get in the door. When I don't see hand soap I get turnoff, bc washing clean hands is important. I get it they offer the cheap soap bar or gel packet in bathroom, but those are hotel quality and this house is not hotel. The bathroom deserves some personal proper hand washing hygiene.
