Hello nice to meet you . This are the rules of the house.
The room is for just one woman. It is made with room dividers in my living room, it doesn’t have door, but no one will get in the living room besides you and me.
It is just me and my roommate. Also my boyfriend visit me few days a week.
The other roommate has his own bathroom.
You’ll have to share the bathroom with me.
I live in the property with one little doggie she behave well and I keep her clean and quiet.
I charge 60 dollar cleaning fee per month.
Cooking is not allow, but you can use just the microwave and refrigerator or make salads and Simple things.
I will assign you a space for you in the refrigerator also to put your things.
You will have your own cabinet with your own utensils just for you. Please wash and dry right away when you use them.
We must be clean all the time with the kitchen and the bathroom since we are sharing. Also cleaning products are separate.

We are two blocks from the Adrienne Arsht Center.
I am a trainer and health coach.
Please avoid making noice or talking to laud on the phone after 10:30 pm. I wake up at 5 am and I need to sleep early. Also please no taking shower after 10:30 pm for the same reason.
The building is demanding with visitors for security purposes so we all are safe. That is why by I need your picture ID, passport or driver’s license to register you in n the management office. Please no visitors in the apartment at all. And as long as you are gentle and kind with things and people it will fine.
Check in time is after 11:30 am. Also keep in mind that the checkout is at 10:30 am. Please let me know what time you will arrive so I will meet you at the entrance of the condo.
This is a non smoking room and building.
The management office of the condominium requires picture of the passport or driver’s license to all of our visitors, so if you agree with this, please send it to me through this chat as soon as I accept the booking?
Then I can give you access to the fob of the building. Everyone had being happy in my place you will like it.
