Venez dans notre charmant condo STUDIO à South Beach! Juste en face de l'océan sur Ocean Drive! Il est vraiment très bien situé dans le sud plage à pied des restaurants, des clubs et des magasins.

Cuisine et salle de bains récemment rénovées - avec une chambre pour dormir jusqu'à 3 sur 1 lit queen et 1 futon dormeur. Ce studio lumineux fait face à une rue calme, juste à côté de l'océan. -situé juste en face de Lummus Park Si vous voulez voir ce qui se passe, ce studio est au cœur de l'action.

Réveillez-vous au soleil et au ciel de la plage sud, sur l'océan - seulement un beau parc vert entre vous et la plage, - dans notre charmant bâtiment Art déco. Nous sommes à 530 ocean Dr. plage sud

Rencontrer des amis dans notre magnifique hall, monter l'ascenseur à votre condo.

we had a great day. The location was perfect lots of restaurants, dining shopping, walk across the road to the beach where you could rent umbrellas .The amenities at the location had everything we needed. Wi-Fi was great. Our host was exceptional. Every time I messaged her to get some direction to do something. She always replied. She was very friendly and accommodated.

First trip to south Miami Beach

This was a perfect place to stay for our first time visiting Miami. The location was the best, very nice area, with plenty to do and see. No driving around necessary to have lots of adventures. Owner and property manager just terrific. Very much enjoyed the trip.

Nice location!

Building is older, beautiful architecture. We took a quick vacation. Quick walk across the street to beautiful South Beach. Room is nice, could use upgrades but sufficient. Bed is very hard, we left a night early because my back was killing me. Helena is awesome, overall we enjoyed our stay!

THE LOCATION

Loved being so close to the beach and there’s everything you need in walking distance. The only thing we had to uber for was to get to UMF! And it was a party outside but not as hectic as downtown so the location was just top tier!

Brad came during one of the busiest weeks of Spring Break. This spring break time can be noisy. This area does have a noise ordinance and complaints to the city (24 hours a day) are handled immediately

The location is perfect! Beach right across the street. Helena is great. However, The condo needs a little TLC can’t see out the windows and it needs a fresh coat of Paint. Fine for a short stay.

Great Vacation Spot

You cant beat the location- its right by the beach and all the great clubs. The place was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable! We loved being able to make breakfast before we went out. Helena was great! She greeted us with a smile and was there with recommendations for great places to eat. A car is NOT necessary in South Beach
The South Beach Local is the cheapest and most scenic way to travel South Beach. The shuttles breezes around South Beach every 10-15 minutes, stopping at numerous bus stops. The shuttle is air conditioned and the fare is only 25 cents. The hours of operation are as follows: Monday to Saturday (7:45am - 1am) Sundays and Holidays (10am - 1am)
Late check ins after 8Pm have a $20 fee paid to the staff member who meets you
