My wife and I have three short-term rental properties we manage ourselves for retirement income.

We bought the house as a place for our kid to stay while going to UNC. We rent out the lower level all year round, and the upper unit during the summer while our kid is at home. We love Greeley, and found this perfect house, near downtown and the UNC campus.

We fully stock our short term rentals with all the items we know that we would expect, and include good quality furnishings and bedding, as well as a fully-stocked kitchen. And of course, we hire the best housekeepers available and pay them a little extra to assure everything is perfect.
