The space Our spacious 3-story brownstone in central Sacramento is designed to comfortably host families, friend groups, and business travelers alike. With 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, and 3 balconies, there’s room for everyone to spread out and relax.
On the second level, enjoy a bright, open-concept living area with a private balcony, a cozy lounge with Smart TV, a formal dining space, and a guest half-bath. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream - fully stocked and upgraded with high-end stainless steel appliances, a gas range, Wolf oven, wine fridge, quartz countertops, and custom cabinetry.
Head upstairs to the third floor, a quiet retreat with three bedrooms, two full baths, and a private balcony off the primary suite, which includes a rainfall shower and plush bedding. The sleeping setup includes 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 1 queen air mattress. Planning a stay for a few more people? Feel free to reach out - we’re happy to chat and see what’s possible.
The first level offers a versatile office or bedroom with a half bath, a 2-car tandem garage with epoxy flooring, and a secondary entrance leading to a covered terrace. Parking is allowed inside the garage only. We also have an EV charger available for your convenience. Do not park in front of the garage or on the driveway at any time, even briefly, as it blocks the neighboring owner’s space and violates our shared driveway agreement. The garage door is narrow, so we recommend backing in for easier access for up to two vehicles depending on size of your vehicles. Any additional vehicles must be parked on the street.

We’ve made sure everyone can stay connected with ultra-fast WiFi (500+ mb/s) and mesh extenders on the first and third floors. After a day exploring Sacramento, unwind in total comfort—inside or out.
We have a Keurig coffee maker. K-cup pods is provided as a starter supply for your convenience upon arrival. This allows you to enjoy a fresh cup as you settle in. Please note that coffee is not replenished during your stay, so we recommend bringing or purchasing additional supplies
Your health and safety are our priority. For added security, exterior cameras monitor the perimeter -never inside - to ensure peace of mind.

Guest access A custom iron entry door welcomes you into a thoughtfully crafted space where elegance meets functionality. You'll find three floors of living space, each with its own unique features.
The first floor has one bedroom and a half bathroom with attached Garage. The second floor is where you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a half bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and two balconies to enjoy fresh air. The third floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a private balcony and a rainfall shower head.
The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you'll need for your stay, including filtered water, coffee, cups, plates, and silverware.
Each room is secured with a unique code that will be provided in your check-in instructions. If you haven’t received the code by the time of your arrival, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to assist!
Two Roku TVs in bedrooms have guest mode enabled. Each guest needs to enter their checkout date and then need to use their own credentials for the streaming services. The firetv in the living room however does not have a dedicated guest mode. Please make sure to log out your account upon checkout. Please note that the TV in this home does not include local channels or cable service.
Other things to note At our home, we are committed to providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable stay. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure a clean and safe environment. To make sure that we maintain the property's cleanliness and safety, we kindly request that you take note of the following reminders for strict implementation during your stay at our property:
- Someone from our trusted team will come over every Wednesday to bring out the bins for Thursday's collection. This is a routine task to keep the property clean and compliant with local waste pickup. She will be in and out briefly, will not disturb your stay, and will not enter the unit.
- Street parking is available in front of the home or around the block. Please note that free street parking is limited and is enforced by the city. Paid parking is available directly in front of the property. Always follow any posted street signs or restrictions to avoid citations. If no spots are available immediately, you may temporarily stop in the alley beside the house to unload luggage — just be sure to leave enough space for another vehicle to pass.
- For everyone’s safety, please do not leave your car running idle while parked in the garage upon entry or exit. Exhaust fumes will enter the unit and trigger the air quality/smoke sensors and unnecessary fire department dispatch.
- There are four exterior cameras covering the perimeter of the home. The cameras ensure the safety of our guests at all times.
- Please note that we have installed a Noise Aware inside the home to monitor noise levels. The NoiseAware device is not intended for recording, and please be assured that we cannot hear any audio from it. Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, and the like are not allowed. Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM, are not allowed. Please respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels down.
- To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest.
- Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property. Please smoke on the street and do not litter cigarette butts or ashes on the property.
- Burning candles, incense, or any other open flames is strictly prohibited.
-Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site.
- Please ensure that you lock the door at all times to ensure the safety of you and your belongings.
-Do not move furniture out of its original position. Fees will apply.
- The number of guests staying should not exceed the number stated in your reservation, and unapproved visitors -including daytime guests- are not allowed on the property. This is required by the city rental permit and our property insurance, so we strictly enforced it.
- If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it.
- Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival. For longer stays or if you require additional supplies, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to purchase these items as needed.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
- We use high quality sheets for our unit. Please be sure not to get them stained, as we may have to charge $30 for extra cleaning if the stains get removed or the entire amount of the cost to replace the sheets if the stains cannot be removed.
- A deep cleaning fee applies to reservations of 7 nights or more. A holiday cleaning fee also applies to guests who check out during recognized holiday dates.
An additional $108 fee will be charged for bookings that meet the criteria for both deep cleaning and a holiday stay. This amount will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
• A lost remote control (TV or fan) will result in a $120 charge.
• A $300 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.
• Please avoid eating or drinking in bed, and always sleep under the provided sheets to protect the comforter and linens. Do not place shoes or luggage on top of comforters to prevent stains and damage.
If the carpet, comforters, towels are stained or damaged and require professional cleaning or replacement, the cost will be charged to the guest based on the actual cleaning/replacement costs (up to $600).
• Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $120.
• Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $300 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation to avoid this issue.
• A $300 fee will be assessed for blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras.

We enjoyed the home it was very clean and spacious. Great location! Great communication.The only issue we had was with getting locked out of our bedrooms- that was very stressful. But fortunately there was a person to help us a 1am.

The property itself was very nice and clean. However, the check in process was horrible. Originally the booking said we would get check in instructions 72 hours prior to checkin, then at 72 hours they replied and said it would be 24 hours. At 24 hours we didn’t get the instructions, reached out to them and they said it would be sent shortly. We reached out to more times that day and no response at all. We had to contact Vrbo directly to have them contact the host to get the details only hours before our flight. Luckily we did get prior to traveling, but it definitely caused a lot of unnecessary stress while packing and preparing to travel.

The unit was clean and comfortable. However, parking was not as described by the host. On-street parking was the only option and the street is not clearly marked for free or paid parking. Having to drive around blocks to find a spot 2 out of the 3 nights was not anticipated when booking the unit. Also, WiFi was not initially working and once connected, no basic video programming is provided by host. Customer must use their own subscription service to view anything. If you don’t subscribe to a service or choose not to use your subscription service, you are out of luck.

Guests now have access to garage parking, and we’ve clarified that street parking is free for one hour with paid options available—signs should always be checked to avoid citations.
Regarding entertainment, we provide a smart TV with access to various apps, but guests will need to log in using their own subscription services. We appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving the guest experience.
