Upstairs, the private primary suite (king bed) offers peace and quiet, while two main-level bedrooms (one king bed and one queen bed) provide easy access and charm. The finished basement features a spacious bedroom (king bed), rec room, half bath, wet bar, and dedicated work station with height adjustable standing/sitting desk - monitor-key board - mouse. Step outside to a lush, tree-lined backyard with a brick paver patio and wooden pergola—ideal for morning coffee or evening gatherings. The long double driveway adds privacy and convenience. Whether you're here for a relaxing weekend, family gathering, or exploring Kansas City—this home is your ideal base.
City of Fairway Rules:
1. Short-term rentals may not be rented or offered for use as reception space, party space, meeting space, production space, or for other similar events open to non-resident guests.
2. Short-term rentals must be rented for a minimum of three (3) consecutive nights per booking.
3. On-street parking shall be prohibited at short-term rentals. All vehicles must be legally parked on the property of the short-term rental and at no time shall exceed three (3) vehicles.
4. Short-term rentals may not allow shuttle buses, party buses, or other similar commercial vehicles to pick up or drop off individuals at the property.
5. Short-term rentals are allowed no more than two (2) persons per each bedroom being rented plus one (1) additional person per dwelling unit, not to exceed eight (8) guests, in the dwelling unit at any given time. Occupants need not be restricted to a single family.
Additional Rules: We want you to enjoy your stay, and be respectful of our home and of our neighbors.
Violation of any of these rules will result in a $1,000 fine (per violation), and immediate termination of your stay, without refund.
- No parties or events. - Only guests staying at the home may be at the home. No outside guests allowed at any time. - No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the property. - Bring activities indoors starting at 9pm; outdoor quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. - Park cars in the driveway. No more than 3 cars and no street parking at any time.
If there is any damage, excessive cleaning is required, or the above rules are not followed an additional fee will be charged.

We loved our stay. We had a family gathering in Kansas City to see the Braves play centrally for all of us. The house was in the perfect place for the restaurants and things we wanted to do around the main event. It was super clean and the host was extremely responsive for our questions. The house was amazing, it is beautifully decorated and super clean. It is located in a beautiful and picturesque neighborhood. It is stocked very well with necessities in kitchen. The backyard is private and has very welcoming outdoor furniture and grill. The host, Jeff, was super helpful as well. Very easy to get to multiple locations in KC and return to a quiet and "zen" home. Will def be returning! Thank you so much!
