On the main level of the home is a private office with a desk, chair, computer monitor with HDMI cable, and an additional recliner if you need a break from work and want to read one of the many books provided!

Bedrooms:
This home features three comfortable bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful stay. The primary bedroom, located on the main floor, includes a king-size bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom with a clawfoot tub and a walk-in shower with no steps for easy accessibility. You'll also find bedside tables, a dresser, a Smart TV, and ample closet space. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, Smart TVs, and plenty of room to unpack and settle in. One of the upstairs bedrooms also features a private workstation, ideal for remote work or study. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, nightstands with charging stations, overhead lighting, closets, and luggage racks—everything you need to feel right at home.

Lounge/Exercise space:
On the second level of the home there is a separate lounge area with a sectional couch, bean bag chairs, and a large Smart TV with an Xbox!
In the hallway on the second level there is an exercise space that includes a large mirror, free weights, and yoga mats. This spot has ample natural lighting and is perfect for meditation or a workout before you start the day!

Bathroom(s):
There are two full bathrooms and one half in this home. The master bathroom, off the master bedroom, includes a deep claw style tub, a walk in shower with no steps, and double sinks. The bathroom on the second level, located in the hallway, has a large stand up shower that does require one step in, this bathroom also features double sinks! The half bathroom is located on the main level. Both full bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for make-up removal convenience.

Outdoor space:
The property has an amazing back yard that provides guests with outdoor seating with a peaceful setting and beautiful landscape.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PARKING- Limited to 3 vehicles in the driveway. There is also a single-car attached garage (compact car ) available. No street parking allowed at this rental.

*PETS - We do not allow pets at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
