The ground level of this 3-level beach home welcomes guests into a bright entryway with an elevator and interior stairs. For convenience, there is a refrigerator in the garage—making it easy to grab a drink and relax around the firepit in the backyard.

Ascend to the first floor, where guests will find inviting sleeping accommodations, a laundry room, and a convenient coffee/wine bar in the hall. The 2 guest bedrooms share a furnished balcony overlooking the bay and feature a king and queen bed, respectively. For children or guests who don’t mind sharing space, there is a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bed, twin trundle, and futon.

The main living areas are on the top floor, decorated in a contemporary style. Large picture windows fill the space with light, while an open-concept layout allows effortless mingling between spaces. Whether cooking fresh seafood dinners or prepping snacks for the cooler, the sleek kitchen is well equipped with high-end appliances and plenty of counter space. Up to 6 can sit at the dining table, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. After a day of sun and sand, gather on the living area’s L-shaped sofa and watch TV. This home is pet-friendly for up to two dogs only, not to exceed 40 lbs each, with a pet fee of $200 plus tax. Upon prior approval, one additional dog may be allowed for an additional pet fee of $200 plus tax.

Dogs must be kenneled when left unattended and kept off furniture whenever possible. Dogs may not be left on balconies, screened porches, utility rooms, behind closed doors, or in the garage.

Guests must promptly clean up all pet waste on the property and nearby areas.

Failure to disclose or pay for pets will result in a $500 fee per stay. Exterior security cameras are monitored.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
