It feels like a home away from home, complete with a full kitchen, breakfast bar, spacious living room, washer and dryer, and two screened lanais - perfect for taking in the beach view! The property offers resort-style amenities, including nearby bike rentals, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts, a grilling and picnic area, a sun deck, filtered water and ice station, and a brand-new fitness room.

Soak up the sunshine while enjoying the blue skies, gentle waves, and pristine white sand beaches, known for some of the best shelling in the country. The beach, visible from the front door, is just a short walk away! Or unwind in the peace and comfort of Sanibel Island’s only screened-in heated outdoor resort pool. For added convenience, there’s also an on-site rental office staffed Mon-Sat to assist you with your needs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although there was a slight "glitch" to begin our vacation (no fault of S.A.W.), Leslie took care of our situation. Her and Becky are the best. They went out of there way to make sure we were happy and we had a great time. The unit was large, beautiful and very comfortable. We have stayed at several places along the beach over the years and this is was one of the nicest. We look forward to returning again next year and will be booking here again.

Nice place but lots of landscaping issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was good, hoping to receive some type of credit for loss of power and water as well as conditions of property due to landscape company. We had to wipe down our patios every time we used them which was multiple times a day. Dust and dirt from work being done was terrible. Wished we would have been notified that this work was going to be done. The floors were not swept or cleaned under kitchen table or furniture upon our arrival or on sides of fridge. We were here twice before and loved it. Hoping you can make it right for us for the last 10 days we were there.
