Welcome to Summer House!

A breezy and inviting getaway in the desirable Northwest side of Marfa, just a scenic 20-minute stroll to the heart of town.
This laid-back 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is perfect for families or friends traveling together. Each bedroom offers comfort and privacy.

BEDROOMS
The main bedroom suite features a king size bed and ample closet space for hanging clothes and drawers for more clothing storage. This suite features a full bathroom with large soaking tub, separate shower and private toilet with door. There is also a washer & dryer in this bathroom for laundry and backyard entry and exit. The middle room located down the hall also features a king size bed with ample clothing storage, bedside lights near the hall bathroom. The third bedroom, located down the hall features two separate twin beds, one bedside table and dresser for clothing storage.

FULL BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms make sharing a breeze. Deep soaking tub and shower in Hall Bath. The main bathroom located in main suite bedroom includes tub for soaking and a separate shower with private toilet. This bathroom suite has exterior entry and exit through the backyard as well.

LIVING
The open living room is made for lounging, complete with a cozy sofa setup and a TV for movie nights in.

DINING
Just off the kitchen, the dining room flows into the kitchen, making mealtime and entertaining seamless. Dining table easily seats up to 4 guests. We hope to add additional seating in the future.

KITCHEN
The full kitchen features all the essentials plus a buffet-style table for easy serving or casual meals.

HEATING & COOLING
Central Heating and Cooling throughout property so stay cool in the Summer months and toasty in the winter.

COFFEE
We provide local ground coffee from Big Bend Coffee Roasters and electric drip coffee maker. Creamers and sweeteners are also provided, however, feel free to bring your own.

OUTDOORS & PARKING
Out back, you’ll find a private fenced-in yard with lounging hammocks strung up and ready for slow afternoons. With uncovered parking available in both the front and back, arrival and unloading are stress-free.

LOCATION
Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, Summer House is just far enough from the hustle to feel peaceful—but close enough to walk to all of Marfa’s shops, galleries, and restaurants in under 20 minutes.
