- Check-in: After 4:00 PM

- Check-out: Before 10 AM. Late check-out without prior approval may incur a $250 fee. If the delay affects the next guest’s reservation, the full nightly rate may be charged.

- No smoking. A $250 fee may apply if smoking is detected inside the property.

- Pet friendly w/ $50 fee (+ taxes & fees). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Linda immediately

- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in and must match the name on the credit card.

- To avoid additional cleaning fees, stay extensions must be requested at least one day in advance. Requests made after 8:00 AM on the day of check-out may result in a one-time additional cleaning trip fee of up to $200.

- This single-story home requires an exterior staircase to access

- Your safety matters. This property features one exterior floodlight security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera faces outward and does not look into interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion and will be on during the duration of your stay
