La Casa Tortuga est une maison de plage moderne des Caraïbes, construite à la fin de 2012 et située à quelques pas de la célÚbre plage de West Bay. Cette unité de 2 chambres à coucher offre l'intimité d'une unité supérieure avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan.

Casa Tortuga offre Ă  ses clients toutes les derniĂšres commoditĂ©s modernes. Nous avons amĂ©nagĂ© l’unitĂ© avec de beaux meubles caribĂ©ens fabriquĂ©s au Honduras. Profitez de vos vacances dans une maison de plage traditionnelle des CaraĂŻbes.

La chambre verte offre le confort d'un lit queen avec une belle salle de bain carrelée avec double vasque. La chambre Coral offre la flexibilité de deux lits jumeaux ou d'un lit king size ainsi qu'une magnifique salle de bains carrelée avec une douche à l'italienne.
Les plafonds voûtés créent une atmosphÚre trÚs ouverte pour la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon. La cuisine moderne entiÚrement équipée comprend des plans de travail en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, un lave-vaisselle et de fabuleuses vues sur l'océan. Le spacieux balcon couvert du salon est l'endroit idéal pour un dßner romantique.

Le toit-terrasse sur le toit avec accÚs privé est à la disposition des clients de la Casa Tortuga. Le pont est idéal pour bronzer, dßner, regarder les étoiles ou simplement profiter de ce moment spécial dans les Caraïbes.

Very clean and literally steps from the best part of West Bay beach. Perfect for our family of 4 - bathrooms were spacious and lots of places to sit. The screened porch is amazing. I recommend bringing a sleeping mask if you are a light sleeper and plan on using the A/C units (bright power light). Plenty of filtered water available. May need extra soap for showers. Full kitchen, but the pots and pans aren't great - lots of burning on very low heat. Luke, the property manager, is a huge help for all things. Definitely stop at Eldon's grocery on your way from the airport - groceries are expensive. Roa Market is a short walk from this property if you need to re-stock during your stay; they have all the basics and more; you just pay for it.

This property was awesome! Tucked away from the tourists and vendors but steps away from the beach, snorkeling, restaurants, water taxis etc. We loved our time and can't wait to go back.

Wonderful property to stay at! So close to the beach and close to multiple restaurants and bars. 4 nights wasn’t near long enough! Our host Luke was very helpful with anything we needed or asked about. We would highly recommend you stay here if coming to Roatan!!

Excellent location - a mere 15 second walk to the beach

Our stay was excellent from the communication with the host, onsite assistance as needed, and everything else in between. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking and eating in the unit, including a grill outside. Plenty of towels were provided - even beach towels. The screened in porch offered wonderful relaxation opportunities for breakfast and evening drinks, with a view of the water and beach. If I have to be critical, the paint and cabinets could probably use a little refresher and maintenance. Otherwise, everything was as advertised.

Perfect location in West Bay!

We loved Casa Tortuga at West Bay Village! The property is beautiful and spacious, a 10 second walk to the beach. We felt so comfortable upstairs and Luke, the property manager was fantastic with great insight to restaurants and things to do. He arranged our driver from the airport (Jason, who was awesome and drove us a couple more times).Owner Tina was so helpful with everything leading up to our stay! It was nice having a security guard at the beach leading into our place. The woman (can't remember her name) was a sweetheart, and we felt comfortable leaving our bags on a beach chair under her watch to take a swim. We will be back!

Don’t hesitate

We were 2 couples for 2 weeks in Casa Tortuga. It is one of the best quality rentals we have had in all our travels both in Europe & Caribbean. From the tropical decor, well equipped kitchen, screened in porch with ocean view, to the bbq, lots of beach towels, and good Internet/wi-fi. The location is an easy walk to restaurants and shops including groceries, fresh fruit/veg market and alcohol. The on-site Property Manager Luke was very helpful & quick to respond to any needs/questions. The day security guard during our stay was Lisette who was a daily source of positivity and is an asset both to West Bay Village & her profession. Communications with the host before our stay were promptly answered, and there were no surprises or disappointments.

Steps away from beautiful beach and snorkeling

Very nice property that looks just like the pictures. Comfortable and clean. Good communication with the property manager, prompt responses, helpful with suggestions. Beautiful beach view from private screened porch. Steps to beach, but far enough back to be quiet at night.

Not only is this property beautiful, many great restaurants and bars are easy walking distance. The beach is beautiful and well maintained. Local shops are also an easy stroll.

West bay!

The unit is very nice. Ocean view and only steps to the beach. We would definitely return. Great location. It was just my wife and I traveling, but there would be plenty of space for a family. Book this place! Communication was also really good with owners and property manager.

Beautiful, well-run, and well-equipped beachfront property

We recently spent a fantastic week at Casa Tortuga and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The house is seconds from the beach, making daily swims and snorkeling incredibly convenient. The nearby reefs are easily accessible from shore and offer stunning opportunities for exploration for snorkelers both young and old. The property manager was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He arranged seamless transportation to and from the island airport, checked in with us regularly, and was always available to assist with anything we needed. We saw him at the beach frequently—he lives in the area—and reached him quickly via WhatsApp otherwise. The owner was also highly responsive to email, making communication before our visit smooth and reassuring. Casa Tortuga is set up for a relaxing stay. The house features cable TV and internet, which were much appreciated when the kids needed a break from the sun. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to cook (many great options to eat out are nearby, too). My wife and I loved the screened-in porch’s beach view—it became our favorite spot to unwind in the house. The combination of effective window shades that blocked out the morning light and very comfortable beds made our sleeping arrangements extremely comfortable. Our experience at Casa Tortuga was exceptional, and we’re likely to return. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful, beachside getaway with all the comforts of home.

Amazing time in Roatan

Six friends enjoyed the location, the roominess, the cleanliness, and the comfort of this amazing VRBO. We loved the ease of being steps from the beach and moving back and forth from beach time to lunchtime and back again. The AC worked beautifully (and was very appreciated!). The neighborhood security staff was very helpful and friendly and set our minds at ease. So many dining/drinking options were within walking distance. If you’re planning a family trip or a friends getaway and want to stay in paradise, this is the house for you!

Casa Tortuga

We always have a wonderful time at Casa Tortuga and our dive place is just a short walk up the beach at Bananarama. The house is furnished nicely and the kitchen has all the utensils you need for cooking as well as a nice grill. Beds are comfortable and the new shower in the master bath is great. Carmin, the owner, is a joy to work with and always answers any questions promptly.We will be back next year. Thank you for another great vacation.

A lifelong passion for water sports, travel, and meeting new and interesting people led us to Roatan. Once we returned back home we could not stop thinking about our first Roatan experience. We quickly returned when we discovered an opportunity with Casa Tortuga.

Andy has been a passionate scuba diver for the past 40 years, diving around the world selecting destinations by diving quality. Walking out the door and down the beach with no shoes for a peaceful morning dive is truly a dream come true.

Originally from the United Kingdon, Andy & Tina enjoy snorkeling the clear waters of West Bay, fresh local seafood, fruit-stands and the overall peace and serenity of the island pace.

Come to Roatan, take a deep breath, enjoy a monkey la-la and forget about the chaos that exists back home. We are thrilled to be owners on this island paradise and happy to offer an opportunity for you to share our piece of that paradise.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Casa Tortuga is right on West Bay Beach, the most beautiful beach on Roatan. West Bay Beach is internationally known for its powder white sand and excellent snorkeling reef. Most areas on Roatan have eelgrass and rocks when entering the water. We only have white sand, clear water and a reef teaming with fish 10 meters from shore, exploring our reefs could not be easier!

Our home is also steps away from some of the finest restaurants, bars, and coffee shops on the island. West Bay Village is a small oceanfront community of eight privately owned plantation-style homes with 24-hour security. We are also one of the only places to stay right on West Bay beach that isn’t a large, crowded resort.

Our beach area has lounge chairs for residents only, so you always have a chair waiting. Next to our private beach area is the West Bay dock, an easy place to catch a water taxi to West End for shopping or additional restaurants and nightclubs. In summary, Casa Tortuga is close to all the action but peaceful when the day is winding down.
