Unité charmante et entièrement rénovée est maintenant disponible pour votre plaisir! Le designer / propriétaire a terminé un remodelage élégant et est certain qu'il deviendra votre St. préféré Location Paul. Emplacement idéal - sur Historic Grand Hill, Grand Ave à quelques pas au sud et Summit Ave directement au nord. Magasinez et dînez sur Grand Ave, puis promenez-vous dans les calories sur Summit Ave pendant que vous êtes emporté par l'architecture et la grandeur des demeures centenaires. Les vélos peuvent être loués à un pâté de maisons si vous préférez les deux roues.
Cette retraite d'une chambre a tout ce dont vous avez besoin avec une attention au confort et au style. Nouveaux planchers, murs, cuisine, salle de bain et mobilier en bambou. De plus, vous bénéficiez également de la véranda pour ces moments d'été de détente et d'observation des gens! J'exploite / possède également le VRBO # 373111, une autre unité d'une chambre, littéralement à côté - je suis donc une partie impliquée et accessible du séjour de mon invité en cas de besoin. J'espère que vous choisissez de rester avec moi pour votre prochain St. Excursion Paul!

Perfect location. Very comfortable inside. Exactly what I was looking for. Very close to many good restaurants. Easy street parking and very quiet inside. Stayed during a warm summer week and there are 2 window AC units (living and bedroom). Full bathtub with overhead shower. Plenty of towels and blankets. Comfortable sectional in living room. We didn't cook but good sized fridge for snacks and drinks and lots of dishes and silverware. I would happily stay here again.

Super easy to reach our host with any questions. She had excellent recommendations for restaurants and shopping. So many good options nearby - Grand Ave. has lots of fine shops. Breadsmith and the cheese shop and the coffee shop by it were our favorites.Excellent sound insulation in the house. We really enjoyed the decor, especially the pictures. It was fun to find a few china items in the kitchen, which was well stocked with necessary items. Thanks for the treats, too!Highly recommend.

I had such a great time staying in this beautiful apartment! It was like being in a home away from home. It was very comfortable and clean, and the bed was very comfortable as well. While the apartment is located in a quiet, historic residential area, it is also a 3 minute drive (or longer stroll) to numerous cafes and restaurants. I didn't do any cooking while here, but the kitchen appeared to be well equipped with cooking implements. And, on a hot few days in St. Paul, the window air conditioner units did a good job keeping the apartment cool. The most important aspect of renting this apartment was the excellent communication skills that the hostess had. She was very quick to reply to any of my questions, and also gave very detailed instructions about how to handle the check in. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment for your next St. Paul visit!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful house. The surrounding area is great for walking with lots of interesting historic homes in the area and on Summit Ave. Lots of places to eat just down the street. We found it a great place to relax in between a very busy schedule of family events. I would definitely return. Host's communication was also great; anytime I reached out she was quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

During a weekend trip to St. Paul we lucked out and this rental was still available. It was an awesome location for all things St. Paul! Check in and communication with the host was great. She even asked if there was anything else we would need on the second day of our stay. The apartment was incredibly clean and taken care of. This rental was just what we were looking for!

This was our second visit and is now our go-to place to stay whenever we visit St Paul. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, and convenient/walkable to shops and restaurants. Great communication with the host, with easy instructions for access and departure. Highly recommend!!

This home was purchased because it it literally next door to where I live and was in need of some loving! Can't think of another property so easy to keep an eye on and manage than this...........in addition I was having to turn people away due to being booked with #373111. People LOVE this area and are telling friends; time for another unit :)
