Emplacement idĂ©al - sur Historic Grand Hill, Grand Ave Ă  quelques pas au sud et Summit Ave directement au nord. Magasinez et dĂźnez sur Grand Ave, puis promenez-vous dans les calories sur Summit Ave pendant que vous ĂȘtes emportĂ© par l'architecture et la grandeur des demeures centenaires. Les vĂ©los peuvent ĂȘtre louĂ©s Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons si vous prĂ©fĂ©rez les deux roues.
Cette retraite d'une chambre a tout ce dont vous avez besoin avec une attention au confort et au style. Nouveaux planchers, murs, cuisine, salle de bain et mobilier en bambou. This was our second visit and is now our go-to place to stay whenever we visit St Paul. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, and convenient/walkable to shops and restaurants. Great communication with the host, with easy instructions for access and departure. Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful place! All the things were things that mattered to me, from little details like a magnification mirror, all the chargers right where you want them, to a Super comfortable bed. A creative yet practical aesthetic. And so convenient. The host checked in which was very nice.

Met our needs perfectly. Great location. We took a lovely stroll down Summit Ave looking at the historic mansions on our way to the Cathedral. The home was very clean, well appointed and had a wonderful larger bathroom with lovely tile and soothing design. Great communication making sure we had no issues and any potential needs were met. Thanks for a great stay!

We have stayed in several VRBO rentals. This one rates a 9 out of ten for our needs. Host was attentive, apartment was clean & quiet, location for shops & groceries was good, location to our family was good, bed was comfortable, towels were fluffy & good quality.Beware there are steep stairs to get to apartment.The stairs are enclosed not out doors.

Magnificent view!

Wonderful location with fantastic bay window that looks down on the neighborhood. The quaint place has all you need for your stay. It’s private but close to all the action. We had a great stay!

Great location with comfortable layout and easy stay. Host was very communicative and really helpful. We were able to walk to great shops and restaurants while being able to easily get around the city. Would stay again anytime we are in the area.

This home was purchased because it it literally next door to where I live and was in need of some loving! Can't think of another property so easy to keep an eye on and manage than this...........in addition I was having to turn people away due to being booked with #373111. People LOVE this area and are telling friends; time for another unit :)
