The Space:

This three-bedroom condo sits within the Los Veneros community, where the Pacific coast stretches out right at your doorstep and the rhythm of the tropics shapes every hour of your stay.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms. Beds are dressed in cotton linens, and each room is fitted with ceiling fans and central air conditioning to keep the atmosphere comfortable through warm coastal nights. Room-darkening shades, closets, and hangers mean every guest has the space and comfort to truly settle in.

 

Bathrooms

Three full bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products, make it easy for a full house to move through the morning routine without a wait.

 

Outdoor living

Step outside and you have direct access to the beach along Banderas Bay - a stretch of coastline ideal for long walks, snorkelling, or simply watching the horizon. Beach essentials are provided, including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkelling gear, so you can head straight to the shore without a second thought. Back at the property, a private rooftop pool gives you a quieter retreat when you want to swim without the sand. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area complete the picture for long, unhurried afternoons outside. A private patio or balcony adds another spot to take in the tropical surroundings at any time of day.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook and eat well at home. A refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stainless steel gas stove, stainless steel oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, and wine glasses are all on hand. Pots and pans, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, bowls, and cups round out the setup. Pull up a chair at the dining table and meals become an easy, relaxed part of the day - whether it's a quick breakfast before the beach or a longer dinner as the sun goes down.

 

Comfort & connectivity

Wi-Fi and a TV keep you connected and entertained when the mood calls for it. A dedicated workspace with a door gives anyone who needs to catch up on work a proper place to do so. The in-unit washer and dryer, iron, and full clothing storage mean longer stays are just as comfortable as short ones - and long-term stays are warmly welcomed. A carbon monoxide alarm is in place for peace of mind.

 

Getting around

The building's elevator and single-level interior make moving through the space straightforward for guests of all ages and mobility needs. Your host will be there to greet you on arrival, and attentive support from Del Mar Boutique Accommodation is available throughout your stay.

 

The neighborhood

Los Veneros sits within one of Nayarit's most sought-after coastal stretches. The Marietas Islands - known for their hidden beaches and marine wildlife - are accessible from nearby launch points, and Puerto Vallarta is a short drive away for dining, markets, and a deeper look at the cultural character of this part of Mexico's Pacific coast.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done at the security booth.

Before your arrival we will send you the information with your letter and regulations.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. but it is necessary that you confirm your arrival time in advance (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



*Check In time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Other Things to Note:

Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.



In order for your stay to be 5-star, it is necessary that you take into account the following information:



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The amenities provided are for the sustenance of a single night.



-The barbecue is under availability, reserving 24 hours in advance.



-The basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies.



-No change of linens during your stay.



-Parking is for one car only: Only one parking space is granted per accommodation, so we suggest you consider it beforehand.



-Pets are not allowed: It is forbidden to bring pets inside the facilities or accommodation.



-The capacity of the accommodation counts babies, children and adults alike.



-Guests are not allowed by administrative regulation of the complex, so any income requested will be processed with extra guest cost, as long as it is within the capacity.



-The amenities that the condominium has, such as lounge chairs, beach palapas and the pool area, are not under the administration and responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.





-Due to the nature of the destination it is common that on the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent to avoid any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay. If you need extra cleaning service or have any questions or requests, you can let us know through the platform.



-The apartment is equipped with all the linens such as bedspreads, sheets, bath and beach towels, necessary for your stay.



-The kitchen is also equipped with the basic kitchen utensils: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. You will also find it equipped with some kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc.



-Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
