Brand New Large Coastal Farmhouse

CALENDAR AVAILABILITY NOTE - Please note that we may restrict check in dates too far in advance. This is to prevent large gaps that are harder to fill. If you have a booking request in the future that says "365 night minimum", please reach out to see if we can accommodate this request with a 30-day minimum or to find out when these dates will be released.

Centrally located with easy access to the 405, 55 & 73 freeways. This large Coastal farmhouse has 5 bedrooms & 3.5 baths. This property is great for extended vacations, temporary home for displaced families during renovations/disaster repairs or corporate housing for contract work. this property was redesigned with entertaining in mind.

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, one is an en suite with a queen bed and the other is a standard room with a queen bed. There is also a powder room in the hallway. Upstairs has the primary en suite with a walk in closet and a King Bed, a guest bath with tub in the hallway and 2 more bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has a trundle bed and a bunk bed.

Parking: There are 2 garage spots, 2 driveway spots and 1 smaller spot for a golf cart. The garage is equipped with 2 Tesla Universal chargers that work with Teslas or any EV that has a J1772 charging port, no adapters needed. Additional charges will be added for EV charger usage.

Included with your stay is high speed wifi. The wife is set up on an Eero mesh wifi system so you get strong signal to all rooms in the home. There is also a 65" TV in the living room and an 80" TV in the back patio. We provide Youtube TV 4K Plus and NFL Sunday Ticket.

Monthly golf cart rentals are available through Apex Golf Carts. They can arrange to drop the golf cart at the property for your arrival. Street legal golf carts range from $600-$1000 per month depending on number of seats and length of rental. There is no connected golf courses to this neighborhood, but it is a golf cart community and there is a tennis club in the neighborhood.
