🛑 Newport Beach Rental Rules:

THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH REQUIRES THE RENTER OF A PROPERTY BE 25 YEARS OF AGE.
Rental agreement must be signed before finalizing your stay.
The renter must be present for the entire stay—underage groups are not allowed.
Parking & Noise Regulations:
🚗 Strict Parking Rules—Guests must park legally. Illegally parked cars may be ticketed.
🔊 No Loud Gatherings—Max 4 guests in lower unit and 6 guests in upper unit at all times. Overcrowding, noise violations, or unauthorized guests can result in fines up to $1,000+. Security Cameras are on the exterior of the property.

🐾Service Animal Policy
Hosts are allowed to ask:
Whether the guest requires a service animal due to a disability.
What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform.

Service animals must:
✔ Be under control at all times.
✔ Be housebroken.
✔ Not be left alone at the rental at anytime
✔ Be properly harnessed, leashed, or tethered in public spaces.
✔ Not enter unauthorized areas.
Dogs are not allowed on the beach from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. year-round, in accordance with local regulations.
