Pricing reflects up to 12 guests, with additional rates for larger groups. The home can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people.

Wake up to stunning water views from nearly every room. With a flexible mix of king, queen, full, and twin beds, plus five full bathrooms featuring both bathtubs and showers, everyone can relax and recharge in comfort after a day of exploring.

Enjoy your own small private beach, exclusive neighborhood access to a private beach that is a 5 min walk, plus modern amenities like WiFi, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Entertainment is effortless with games, books, TVs, a cozy firepit, and even a nostalgic pilot room! Step outside to your own private pier—perfect for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. There are also two nearby casinos: Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods!

The standard cleaning fee of $600 includes usage of up to 6 bedrooms. If more than 6 rooms are used, an additional $300 cleaning fee will apply.


Base rate includes up to 12 guests. Each additional guest is $250 per person, per night.
Maximum occupancy is 20 guests.
