Orchard Manor Estate

Enter our 40 acre Orchard Manor through a private gate leading atop the rolling hills of an apple orchard to the magnificent 19 room custom built estate. The home is designed for entertaining with expansive views, tennis courts, basketball, heated pool, lower level game center with movie theatre and fitness center. Take a walk through the orchard and find the perfect apples for picking or work up a sweat on the tennis courts. Spend sunsets on the front porch with unobstructed views.

This five bedroom home has an open floor plan with high ceilings, family room with stone fireplace adjacent to the gourmet eat-in kitchen. Along side is a formal dining room and living all with views of the horizon. The upstairs contains 4 bedrooms with an additional kitchen and the lower level is an entertainers heaven. Pool table, ping pong, skee ball, poker, full bar area and the movie theatre room. 12,000+ square feet of living!
*Outdoor pool and hot tub are one unit and are open May 1- September 30 only. No exceptions
*Town does NOT allow events so please don't ask about weddings, small or large, or any type of event.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and celebrate my brother's bachelor. The house was immaculate and well-appointed. The amenities were amazing - from the pool and hot tub to the theater and game room, we always had something to do. Appliances were all high-end and worked great.The land is clearly seen to with care, and the location was secluded enough for privacy but still close enough to hit the town, casinos, and golf courses.Check-in with the caretaker was smooth and the host was quick to respond to communication. Overall a top tier experience at a phenomenal price.

The ladies and i had a great time this past weekend for a 5 day 4 night ladies weekend get away. It's our 3rd time here and we love the property. Very spacious inside for all of us to hang out especially in the kitchen area where we mostly hung out. We had one small issue with one of the showers backing up with water. We made a call to the caretaker John and he was there within a hour to fix it. Also, our host Kerri was great when renting this beautiful home. Can"t wait for ladies weekend 2027!

Three generations gathered here for our annual fall New England get together and it couldn't have been better. Lovely home and grounds, comfortable beds, and all the necessities for a relaxing stay. We had 2 days of rain while there, so the game room and movie theater saved the day! Loved our stay!

Family Reunion

Great place for a family reunion,this was our 2nd stay here the first being 2 yrs ago and was just as clean and great as ever, plenty for the kids to do,never board ,enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi .. we hope to stay again in a couple years

Perfect setting for a relaxing family getaway.

Excellent stay in an excellent house

Our stay was amazing! The property was fantastic and extremely well taken care of, and the one issue that arose was promptly dealt with. The kids (and adults) absolutely loved the basement. We're already thinking of coming back next year for our family get together.
