Beautiful, centrally located apartment to stay in, especially if your friend's are staying next door at the Hilton!This is the tricky part -getting the key and getting into the garage for parking. You Must follow Every detail on the very detailed instructions. We missed a very important detail when we forgot to use the mailbox key to get the garage door key. We were wondering why a mailbox key was also in the key box for the apartment...Now we know why! You need that mailbox key to open mailbox to get garage door opener! We missed that important direction , had to wait for the garage door to open from another guest, to get in. If you're just parking on the street , then everything will go seamlessly!Beautiful apartment, stocked with mostly everything that you need! Even creamers and condiments were available! The bed is a little soft if you are used to a firm mattress. Beautifully decorated and plenty of room . Conveniently located right around the corner from the elevator so no long hallways to walk down. If I had to pick one thing to improve, Ivwould put lamps in the bedroom that have phone charger ports, but that's a very minuscule detail.Overall, we would highly recommend this beautiful apartment! Just either park on the street or if parking in the underground garage, make sure you use that mailbox key to get the garage door opener!

We always wanted to see the sights of Richmond, so for our break-out this spring we decided to visit. We wanted a central location so we could experience the city easily. This downtown condo with free secure indoor parking worked perfectly! It is a renovated department store building that is at the center of walkable entertainment and fine eating establishments; we enjoyed them each night. It was clean and modern, with the perfect room and atmosphere for two people, and a friendly Host that was always available with an answer to our questions. From this location we were able to walk to museums and the state capitol building, which is a “must see”. The treat for the weekend was the walk across the street to experience the Richmond Symphony Orchestra at the Carpenter Theater! But if you wanted to see a live play they also are performed there. The experience for our stay was very affordable. Will try to stay at this location again in future visits. Dave and Monica
