While the inside is exactly as expected based off the pictures, unfortunately the outside needs quite a bit of work. The concrete was severely cracked and missing sections and the yard was not visually appealing. Neighbors were also very sketchy and had quite a large tent in the front yard that people kept going in and out of like folks were living there, quite odd. I would not stay in this area again. Great apartment inside so kudos there to the host.

Points forts : ArrivĂ©e, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce.
Not a bad place ultimately. Definitely had pros and cons. The amount of bedrooms, the location, and the outdoor space was nice. As well as having a washer and dryer in the unit, even though they didn’t work great. The cons, two of the bedrooms didn’t have AC and our baby monitors reached over 80 degrees because they were so hot in them. The AC in the dining room is a portable unit that we had to drain out every day, which was kind of a pain too, again if it was off the apartment became almost unbearable heat wise. Although Laken was great and helped us with why the ac was not working and stopped by to show us how to drain it. The couch was broken and only had one leg to it, so you are basically sitting on the floor. It almost seemed like the house as filled with a bunch of cheap “supplies” to just barely hold you over for what you might need. The place was not very clean when we got there. After about 10 minutes of getting there our one year old was black from all the dirt on the floor (although we asked to check in early so I assumed that was because of the early check in) Overall was a good spot last minute that did check all of our boxes. While we probably wouldn’t stay there again, it did serve its purpose for us and was better than cramming 2 kids under 4 in a hotel room with us.
