In Old Orchard Beach, you can have a fantastic getaway at our spacious four-bedroom holiday house. Situated just a short walk from the iconic Old Orchard Beach Pier, you'll be steps away from the sandy shores and vibrant boardwalk, where you can stroll, dine, and enjoy the lively atmosphere.

As a traveler, you'll delight in the home's thoughtful amenities, including high-speed wifi, a washing machine and dryer, and smart TVs for cozy movie nights. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the essential appliances and utensils you need to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or step outside to the fire pit and outdoor furniture for alfresco dining and s'mores under the night sky.

The house was perfect. The owner Mitch was in contact with me to make sure we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. The house is in a perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants. House has everything you would need for a great vacation. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation.

Fantastic stay for the whole family. My toddler simply didnt want to leave. Mitch was very attentive and accommodating while still respecting our privacy. Location was close enough to walk to the pier but far enough away without the chaos of the main strip. Would definitely stay again.

Great OOB Stay!

Mitch’s home was a great place to stay in OOB. It was walkable to the beach, pier, and play land, but it was secluded enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of everything. The house was fully equipped with all you might need for a weekend away, and it was very clean. It was also easy to communicate with the owner before, during, and after our stay. Thanks again for a great stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here- Mitchell offers a clean, welcoming and spacious home just a couple blocks from the beach and pier! We had a great week. Great experience

Check in was seamless. Full check in packet was provided prior to visit that included description of property, where to find everything and WiFi. It made it so we could arrive and just start our vacation. Mitch was very responsive to any questions about the property prior to the stay and during. The house is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and pier but far enough a way that it’s nice and quiet. He provides everything you could possibly need so it cuts down on what you need to bring. Would definitely stay again.

Mitchells home was PERFECT.Always quick to communicate and very accommodating. If you are looking for a great place to stay I cant say enough good things. Great house with good space close to beach

This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 3 children. The master bedroom was so large plenty of room to spread out with the kids. The front yard is great to have fires after a day at the beach, especially the hammock to relax in. The house was equipped with everything you could need for the beach including chairs and wagon and beach towels. Far enough away from the strip that the noise isn’t a bother but close enough we could walk down multiple times a day, about 15 minutes taking our time. Grocery store at the top of the road had anything.you could need. Overall stay was excellent!

Family Vacation

The home was cozy and perfect for my family of 4 adults and 3 children, including my 2 adult sons that stopped out for a night. The house was very clean when arrived and was stocked with all the necessities. The beds were also very comfortable. The location of the home is perfect. It’s a nice quiet, friendly neighborhood on a dead end street. Only a 10 minute walk to the pier. Our family enjoyed the firepit nightly and enjoyed the playing kan jam and disc golf. We will definitely plan future stays when visiting OOB. Mitchell is a great host!

This was by far, my favorite & most memorable VRBO experience. Mitch was a phenomenal host who was attentive to us via communication & had everything you could imagine available in the home. It was super spacious, w/ a fire pit, propane grill (ready to go), beach gear, smart tv setup, etc.; a literal vacation home! EVERYTHING was in walking distance (OOB, supermarket, strip stores, dining options, etc.) & parking at the residence was plentiful (we were able to park three cars). The neighbors were lovely & the overall time spent felt at home, safe, & relaxing. Thank you so much Mitch for having us, we look forward to coming back!

Overall great stay, house worked well for our family - 4 adults, 2 children and an infant. Pros: 1. Loved the kitchen - great appliances and pots and pans 2.Two new beach chairs and beach umbrella came in handy; we brought our own beach buggy though there was one available 3. All the linens were top notch, and there were plenty of towels - both for the house and beach (washer and dryer also available if needed) 4. Great family vacation!

We are a multigenerational family of 6 adults and 4 kids. The house was clean and well organized. The homeowner thought of everything! The beach chairs and towels were very much appreciated. Everyone in our group commented on how super comfortable the beds were. The homeowner was great. He’s local and quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It’s on a dead end street so kids could ride bikes without worry. Neighbors were friendly. Beach was less than a 10 minute walk. We walked in town a few times a day and always stopped for ice cream! We all had a great week at Old Orchard Beach. This house was a great find. 😊

My name is Mitchell Waterman and I have had the pleasure of being born and raised in the great state of Maine. I grew up on a small dairy farm about an hour north of Old Orchard Beach and am the second generation in my family to own this house.

Growing up, my family took two camping trips every summer. We always spent a few nights at Hermit Island in Phippsburg, ME and we always spent a week at a campground in Old Orchard Beach. When my mother was looking for a new place to live in 2007, she bought this house at 11 Willow Creek Lane.

She moved to Florida in 2022, and I was able to purchase her house from her. A long-time member of the "rental & cleaning crew" for this home (my mother rented this house seasonally to supplement her Ed Tech income), I know this property inside and out and it's very important to me. I'm grateful for the opportunity to continue seasonally renting where my mother left off and share this cozy home and our little beach town with all of our guests.

I know and love this area, so if you need any recommendations, please ask!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I love this neighborhood because of its proximity to the heart of Old Orchard Beach while remaining tucked away. You're a five-minute walk from the town square and the nightlife of the pier, but when you want to relax in the hammock it's dead quiet on the street. At night I like to crack a window open and let the sounds of the surf carry me off to sleep.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

To put it plainly, this house just has all the amenities you could ever want in a reasonably priced package. It doesn't feel like a cookie-cutter rental and is full of its own unique personality while offering up space for several families to split the cost. It's not a shell AirBnB owned by some large company--this is my home, my only home, and I'm thankful to be able to share it seasonally with renters.
