Throw all leftover food in the garbage.
Place all garbage (in bags) and recycling in the proper bins on the deck.
Gather all used towels/linens and place in the laundry room.
Place (2) bedroom air conditioning remotes (slide open) on nightstands.
Place (2) TV Remotes at the base of the TV.
Turn bedroom air conditioners off.
Set the living room air conditioner to 80.
Shut ALL windows.
Lock ALL doors.

My family has been coming to the Bethany Beach area since the 1950's. I have always wanted a beach house of my own, and finally, my dream has come true. It has taken decades to reach this point, and I am very pleased with the way the house turned out. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
