TrĂšs bien, propre bien que le tapis et le divan gardent une certaine odeur. Pommeau de douche pourrait ĂȘtre changĂ©, et bien amener tout les effets pour faire mĂ©nage (linge vaisselle etc.) Proche de la plage, au centre de la pĂ©ninsule d'OcĂ©an city (15min. Du boardwalk) Les terrasses sont un gros plus Ă  la demeure. Confortable pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants

Fantastic property in a great location! Easy access to downtown. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants and bars. Hosts are awesome! Communication is great. Our 4th time staying here and will be back next year!!

The unit was very comfortable and was clean. It was in a good location in ocean city. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate too much when we stayed so didn’t have much of a chance to use the pool but this was clean as well when we did.

Great location and everything we needed. Clear and easy to understand check in and check out instructions. Becky and Todd were great hosts and always responded quickly to any questions I had leading up to, during and even after our trip. We would definitely consider staring here again!

Amazing stay

We had a great vacation staying at this property! It was our first family vacation (myself, my husband and our 8 month old son) and we could not have asked for a better time. The property was well kept and exactly as described. Two of the major pros of this property were the pool and the washer/dryer..especially with an infant! We also loved being able to sit on the back deck and be right on the water..it was so relaxing. The property is in a great location..just a short walk to the beach. There is also a park, acme, coffee beanery and a few restaurants all within walking distance. This property truly felt like a hidden gem being within walking distance of so many things yet being so quiet and private. We hope to make this a family tradition and will definitely stay here again.

Great for the fam

First and foremost. Amazing communication with the hosts. They will be there for you no matter. Peaceful back porches overlooking the docs. Kids enjoyed catching crabbies outback. Convinient location close to parks, grocery store, resturants, close sunsations. All withing very close walkinh distance. Amazing if you have a family! Does need just a little updating to outdated appliances here and there. Minor repairs to things like weak exhaust fans in bathrooms. The cleanliness wasnt too bad but definitely could be better in terms of dust, grime on chrome in showers, etc. All in all no huge complaints. Me and my family enjoyed ourselves theres and were happy with our stay.

Nice property for a family stay. Pool is great and close. I missed that linens are not included so just a heads up to bring towels and sheets.

Fun friend get away

Everything was on point to the listing. Just as they show. There was a surprise from the listing and that was a grill on the deck. It is set back in a neighborhood that is quiet and safe. Just a short walk to the main drag. Very peaceful and a nice place to shake off the day.

Comfortable Layout

My family had a great time. The layout of the house makes it feel so roomy. Great sitting area on the water side, and another deck on the pool side. It was clean, and Becky was very responsive with any questions.

Family vacation in OCMD

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Todd and Becky's spacious townhome. Becky was a great host, she was very prompt in answering all questions. The home is about a 10 min walk to the beach, the kids did not complain at all going out in the morning, coming back for lunch and then back out in the afternoon each day. Its also handy to have a grocery store right beside us. We were able to use the large pool once which was well maintained each day. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Rental

This was my first time staying at this unit, I have rented other units in the past at Nassau Village and this was the best yet. Booking and entry was done with ease, the property was clean, and had everything we needed. I would definitely rent this property again.

Just as pictured

This townhouse was just as pictured. Just 3 blocks off of coastal highway bayside. For me the best part was the bay front deck. The home was super clean and equipped with everything needed for a perfect long weekend. The only let down for me was that there was no linen included so we had to go to Walmart upon arrival to purchase.

Perfect for our family of 4

Very clean and cozy space. We liked being on the canal so the kids could crab; the pool was convenient and a great place to cool off. The owner was efficient with communicating and a very gracious host!

Family Vacation

The property was more than we expected. My 4 daughters and myself stayed from Saturday to Saturday. We felt at home the entire time. The property is so very comfortable, clean, perfect location and the owners are very thoughtful. There are games and books. Half bathroom is in the perfect location as soon as you come in the door. Washer and dryer makes it so easy to have everything cleaned before leaving. The pool was amazing and I really like that I could sit on the balcony and watch the girls have fun. A grocery store is in perfect walking distance. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk. Sitting on the back deck in the morning having coffee is the perfect start to any day. We will definitely be booking in the future and hopefully every year for our Ocean City vacation. The owners are so very nice when communicating also. It was way above our expectations.
