Cozy Home with Lake Sunapee Access 2 Min walk / 7 Mins to Mount Sunapee

Welcome to our charming tranquil upside-down home with peek-a-boo lake views (from our large wrap around deck) offering guests a comfortable stay with easy access to the beauty of the surrounding area. Our house is a two-minute walk to a shared private dock on Lake Sunapee and a seven-minute drive to Mt. Sunapee for skiing or hiking in the off season. Many hiking trails are accessible within a few minutes drive.
Our place will make you feel at home and will provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for your family and friends to make lasting memories. This marvelous property features 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with two extra-long twin beds) and 2 full baths. All the bedrooms have dressers, side tables, night lights, mirrors and extra blankets. Both bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, hair dryers as well as with soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
A partially covered outside staircase leads to the main entrance on the top floor which is an open floor concept, with a kitchen and vaulted ceilings in the living room and dining area- with a large fieldstone fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and beyond. The main floor also has a hallway to two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, another with two extra-long twin beds as well as a full bathroom. In the main living space there are sliding glass doors which open to a large wrap-around deck. This is one of our favorite parts of the house, along with relaxing on the wooden porch swing.
The lower floor has a knotty pine den with a TV and a working space, as well as a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom.
For your enjoyment there are kayaks stored at the lake ready for you to use. Paddles and lifejackets are stored at the house and need to be brought back after use.

*We do not allow pets at our rental. "Pet Fee" is only listed in case this rule is not followed in which you will be charged this additonal fee on a nightly basis.

You will have full access to the whole house with the exception of the owner's closet in the master bedroom and the owner's storage cabinets in the garage.
