**There is one other unit on the premise. The unit has its own private entrance and does not have access to the backyard space or any of the amenities. Please be mindful and use the entrance leading to the main door.**

** Please note, the house can sleep a maximum of 8 guests and a maximum of 15 guests can be present at all times. For larger gatherings, permission must be granted and a fee of $150 will be applied**

** Propane tanks for the grill and fire pit are not guaranteed. Please note that if this is something you'd like to ensure for your stay, you must notify us no less than 36 hours prior to check in time so we can ensure proper preparation for your stay. Otherwise, filled propane tanks cannot be guaranteed and must be refilled at your expense**
