*. Step Disclosure: There are 3 steps at the entrance. One flight of stairs inside. The bedrooms and full bathrooms are on the second floor. Only a half bathroom on the main floor.

*. Parking Disclosure: One carport parking spot and one additional uncovered parking spot.

*. AC Disclosure: The are two portable AC in two bedrooms. No AC in the living room and other bedrooms. Fans are provided.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited at the premises. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
