Check-in at the building's front desk. Please share your estimated arrival time.
Before arrival, please upload a government-issued ID for the primary guest. Building amenities (pool, spa, gym) require a pass per adult: this 1-bedroom unit receives up to 2 adult passes, picked up from the amenity staff daily between 9 AM and 5 PM. Minors do not need a pass.
Your key fob opens your floor and the amenity floors.
The Neighborhood:
Brickell is Miami's financial district and one of its liveliest neighborhoods. Bayfront Park and the Pérez Art Museum are a short ride north.
Getting Around:
Brickell is very walkable. The free Metromover loops through Brickell and Downtown, and Uber and Lyft are available everywhere. Parking in Brickell is limited and expensive, so most guests do not need a car.
Other Things to Note:
Facade work: from October 2026 to August 2027 the building is renovating its exterior. Balcony doors stay locked and a clear protective film covers the windows, which may partly obstruct the view. Work happens Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, floor by floor.
The pool is open on weekends; the spa (10 AM to 8 PM) and the fitness center are open every day.
